Reliability engineering has applied into various fields of engineering, aviation industry is a highly sophisticated and integrated industry, some aviation products are related to the safety of flight crew and passenger, and some are the keypoint of the whole system's success, so reliability engineering for the aviation industry appears to be particularly important. Reliability research of aviation products mainly focus on basic thoery, method of reliability and technical measures that ensure product reliability level.In recent years, the role of UAVs in the aviation industry became more and more important. Since 1991, Gulf War, many countries put the UAVs development as a task, they put a lot effort in researching which setting off a worldwide boom in development of UAVs. Despite the superior performance and advanced technology, because of the impact of some factors such as the complexity of their systems, long distance of remote control and skillful of manipulator technology, UAVs'major accidents appears frequently. Therefore, we should focus on how to improve UAVs'reliability.3F, which maeans FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System), FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), are three main reliability analysis technique in the reliabilty engineering. At present, engineers pay more and more attetion on how to put these three methods into application on engineering, but in the process of application, there have been many problems, such as just copying standard, failing to achieve the efficiency of these reliability analysis methods, the disruption of workflow result in heavier tasks, or causing resentment of some departments, etc. In this paper, according to the present situation of the engineering application,through application experience of reliability analysis method on flight control system, we combine three reliabilty analysis methods, FRACAS, FMECA, FTA, to establish a set of user-friendly, high efficiency, more timely and accurate reliability analysis system.Firstly, we studied on the structure of the flight control system and the working principle of all parts in detail, and ultimately established a detailed reliability model for flight control system; Secondly, for knowledge of reliability analysis, we inroduced the theory of FMECA Reliability Analysis and critical technology in FMECA method, then we apply FMECA method on fight control system, we got forms of FMECA, key failure mode and other analysis results, at last we gave some correction actions for the problems. For FTA and FRACAS, we did research on their basic theory and main method in application, so that laid the foundation for establishing 3F comprehesive analysis system on flight control system.After a period of field research and actual work experience, we had summarized the shortcomings and deficencies of these theories in engineering, thus we designed 3F comprehensive analysis system; then described the system framework, composed modules, work content and so on in detail; and studyed the key technologies that needs to achieve 3F comprehensive analysis system, including designing of database, designing of alarm module, introducing of remote and intelligent operation architecture.Finally we introduced the software architecture of 3F comprehesive analysis system. The system includes user management module, FMECA module, FTA module, FRACAS module, FMECA—FTA conversion module, FMECA—FRACAS module, FTA—FRACAS module, alarm module, and so on. we elaborated software user inerface, fuction and operation method of all modules in detail.The completion of the project stored the long-term accumulation design data, experimental data, fault detection data in the database, started a new stage to establish failure information database. In the process of enriching the failure information, the system will provide a lot information on how to develop the similar typs of products. The system we established can apply on others product in the avation fild after a period of using and correction.
