With the rapid development of China railways and higher pursuit of people’s material life,it puts forward higher and higher requirements for the efficiency and stability of railway transportation.During the utilization of locomotives,the failure of locomotive equipment is often one of the important factors that affect the safe utilization of locomotives,and may lead to the train delay.After the failure of locomotive equipment,the locomotive crew needs to spend time to deal with it before it can be maintained running.In severe cases,the locomotive cannot continue to run,which seriously affects the transportation efficiency,and some even directly lead to accidents and affect passenger safety.The HXD1 D electric locomotive is a passenger locomotive independently developed by China according to the actual situation of Chinese high-speed railway.It was put into use in 2013.With the passage of time,HXD1 D began to go into C4 repair procedure and C5 repair procedure one after another in the second half of 2015.Due to the lack of maintenance experience of this model,the equipment failure rate of HXD1 D locomotive overhauled in the early stage is high,especially the traction electric transmission system of the locomotive,which directly affects the power supply and operation of the whole locomotive.Once there is a failure,it seriously affects the normal operation of the locomotive,resulting in relatively poor passenger riding experience.At the same time,if the faulty locomotive blocks the main line and affects other locomotives,it will bring greater economic losses.Based on the locomotive failure data of HXD1 D locomotive repaired by Wuhan high-power locomotive maintenance depot in recent years,and with comprehensive reference to the temporary repair data fed back by Wunan locomotive depot and other units,this paper analyzes and summarizes several key components with high frequency of traction electric drive system and great impact on the normal operation of locomotive,analyzes the key quality problems of these key components,focuses on the rectification of these problems,and analyzes the causes of faults,Propose solutions from the aspects of repair process improvement,technical optimization and application suggestions,judge the remediation effect by comparing the locomotive equipment faults before and after treatment,and put forward prospects for further remediation and improvement in the later stage,so as to continuously improve the maintenance quality of HXD1 D locomotive traction power supply system in the maintenance section and ensure the stability and safety of railway transportation. |
