| At present,the competition in the construction industry is becoming more and more fierce,and the traditional project cost management is facing great challenges.How to break through the dilemma of traditional cost management,flexibly supervise the project cost,and use the lowest cost to achieve the maximum benefit is the problem that project managers need to think about.Now we pay attention to the ratio of project benefit to output,cost control and project management responsibility system.Therefore,the implementation of responsibility cost management in construction projects is the general trend,which helps to supervise the project cost control and implement the production responsibility to the post.I take this project as the research object by participating in the internship of X construction project of China Construction Group Foshan Vanke Real estate.Combined with the project cost management process and my work content,sort out the project cost information.Through my working process as a business documenter,visiting the construction site and consulting the leaders of the project department,I comprehensively analyzed the problems existing in the cost control from multiple perspectives.It is considered that the implementation of responsibility cost management in the project can effectively solve the confusion caused by traditional cost management,improve the sense of responsibility of project personnel,complete the unity of rights,responsibilities and interests,and accurately assess the cost management effect of project personnel.On this basis,the responsibility cost management scheme is designed,and the contents and methods of project cost control are re divided: the project responsibility center is constructed,the cost center and profit center are divided according to the characteristics of the project,and the responsibility budget is decomposed to each responsibility center.The responsibility cost accounting,control,analysis and assessment of the project are designed,and the measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the design scheme are put forward.Combine the interests of the project with the interests of all staff to promote the improvement of project cost control level.This paper summarizes the research background of responsibility cost management,compares the traditional cost management and responsibility cost management,and finds the advantages of implementing responsibility cost management.Taking the X construction project of China Construction Group Foshan Vanke Real Estate as the background,this paper designs the research scheme of responsibility cost management of this project.In the premise of the design scheme,the feasibility analysis and the establishment of management system are carried out,and the specific implementation scheme and safeguard measures are put forward.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text,points out the shortcomings of the paper,and looks forward to the future management direction.This paper expects to design a scientific,reasonable and operable responsibility cost management scheme for real estate construction projects,so as to provide management ideas and reference schemes for construction units to reduce construction costs and improve profitability.In addition,it is also of practical significance to popularize the responsibility cost management to the general enterprise management,that is,it can effectively reduce the meaningless cost that affects the company’s project implementation,save project resources and enterprise funds,improve the cost reduction and efficiency,and bear the enterprise responsibility for the society. |
