| In recent years,great changes have taken place in the business environment of enterprises.In order to better cope with the uncertainty,enterprises ask new requirements for human resource..Traditional workflow cannot help enterprises to achieve more flexible and refined management,nor can it make human resource produce more value.The value output of human resource has been directly related to the value output of the whole enterprise.The market demand for wind driven generator surged in 2020,and wind driven generator manufacturer A Company’s sales volume increased by 5 times.The sudden increase of workload made the human resource management problem more prominent,and the executives realized that the digital transformation of human resource was imminent.This study through interview,questionnaire,data reading and on-site check way,made a thorough investigation about the present situation of A Company’s human resource,summed up the main problems of human resource: organization chart issue,business process was lack of scientificity and standardization,the function of human resource management system was out of date,the data quality problem,the digital awareness of all employees was low,the flexible work model to deal with the epidemic was lacking,and the poor employee experience.In view of the above problems,corresponding solutions were to improve the human resource management efficiency of A Company through digital transformation,and to ensure the implementation of the overall business strategy of A Company.The transformation strategy idea mainly came from the relevant theories of enterprise digital transformation,the reference of leading enterprises and the status of human resource management of A Company.Finally,several main transformation directions were determined: organization chart adjustment,human resource business process reengineering,human resource management system optimization and upgrading,developing the value of data,building digital talent organization,and implementing remote work model.The implementation process and results of the transformation strategy are also described in detail in this paper.The effectiveness of the transformation strategy is verified through the implementation of the strategy.The digital transformation of human resource is a continuous iterative process,and the digital level of human resource is constantly improved through upgrading and optimization time after time.The implementation of A Company’s digital transformation strategy has greatly improved the operating efficiency of human resource,greatly improved employee satisfaction,and entered in the era of digital management for human resource.This strategy not only solves the human resource management problems of A Company,but also has reference value for the digital transformation of human resource in the similar industry. |
