Research On Modular Design Of Shared Express Packaging From Full Life Cycle Perspective

In recent years,the rapid rise of courier enterprises,making low-cost,disposable courier packaging use has surged year by year,not only a serious waste of resources,and environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious.How to promote the green transformation of express packaging,to help prevent and control pollution battle has become the primary focus of the express industry spotlight.From the perspective of sustainable development,the economic and environmental protection of shared courier packaging has been proposed to alleviate the trend of excessive waste of resources in the courier market,which is in line with the needs of the times.However,as an emerging courier model,shared courier packaging is an innovation and a challenge at the same time.In the implementation process,it faces packaging challenges such as increased transportation costs and difficulty in recycling,which hinders the development of shared courier,and the issue of shared courier packaging needs to be addressed.The design of how to make the shared courier present a sustainable development is key.This topic takes shared courier packaging as the research object,and under the background of development-oriented,demand-oriented and problem-oriented research,the whole life cycle perspective is used as a guide,combined with modular design to carry out courier packaging system research on shared courier packaging from order placement,transportation,distribution and recycling.In the design process,adhering to the principle of combining theory and practice,through exploring the iterative process of shared courier packaging from functional decomposition,creative restructuring to replacement and reconstruction,a new form of shared courier packaging design is innovatively proposed,with a view to providing a theoretical basis and innovative design solutions for shared courier packaging.The response to the green transformation of express delivery is an important direction for the future development of express packaging.This design practice guarantees the vertical circulation of the whole life cycle of shared express,expands the horizontal application of the packaging module,and promotes the green sheet development of express packaging in a vertical and horizontal manner.It is believed that in the near future,through the joint efforts of all sectors across the country,shared express packaging will be promoted and popularised on a large scale across the country,helping the green transformation of China’s express industry.
