BIM(Building Information Modeling) belongs to the digital technology application technology used in the construction project directly. As well as the alternatives to traditional manual CAD drawing, BIM technology is causing the international and domestic construction industry a historic change.The great value of the application of BIM technology is to get through the whole life cycle of buildings. Believe in theory, based on the 3D modeling of BIM technology, it can contain whole life period of information construction, from the project, the design process, construction process to all the conditions in the operating process through the BIM modeling and processing. It established in planning preparation, application in building whole life period. Due to the application of BIM technology to build a good information platform, every change of the model by the information platform of BIM synchronous update to all parties, reduce conflict, enhance the efficiency of problem solving.At present BIM technology has been increasingly applied in different phases of the project, and has begun to show a clear advantage. But the whole life cycle of project management to the application of BIM technology at present still not mature case, application of systemic total project life cycle and still consider the insufficiency.Based on BIM technology in the design and construction stages, 3D pipeline comprehensive "bumped" application in actual project, the validation in different product positioning is similar, the design model of similar project, the application of BIM technology to effectively reduce the traditional 2D drawings of the error, touch deficiency problem, optimization of the design quality and reducing due to late rework costs, save time, to realize the actual effect of more economic benefits; Based on BIM technology in the concrete project design and r&d in the bidding stage and on the other to the passive check a specific project, summarizes the applicability to promote better modeling rules and develop corresponding software plug-ins, verify the BIM technology application in different stages in whole life cycle of the continuation of the feasibility of get through from the design model to precisely calculate quantity of effective work mode, improve the late prophase bidding stage and construction stage of cost control of engineering quantity calculation of the efficiency and accuracy, reach the required quantities of fine management, so as to realize authors efficiency, promote economic and social benefits of targets. Through the actual project to adopt BIM technology and operations from design to construction to operations is put forward, the problems and the solutions can be taken.In this paper, by studying the BIM technology application in specific projects of different life cycle, with the actual results show that although the use of systemic application of BIM technology to realize the whole life cycle there is still a long way to go, the technology is theoretically feasible,and there must be huge economic benefits and social benefits. |
