| Life-cycle management requires consideration of engineering benefits from the full life cycle of the plant project(including pre-planning,design,construction,maintenance and equipment recycling)covering the full life cycle of the project. From a large number of statistical examples both at home and abroad,it can be seen that the key stage affecting the construction cost is from the investment decision to the design stage. After the project makes the investment decision, the key to controlling the construction cost lies in the design and the stage. In the design phase, there are a lot of factors that affect the life-cycle management of transmission lines. These factors are mutually restrictive and some are causal and often can not be considered independently by the region.Path selection, meteorological conditions, topographic conditions, wire selection, tower selection and so determine the cost of the project. This paper analyzes the cost and cost composition of the whole life cycle of the transmission line, finds out the leading factors that play a role in the cost of each link, and takes the minimum net present value of the line life cycle cost as the optimization objective function, and makes a comprehensive comparison and optimization from the tower design, the foundation design, the grounding device design, the mechanized construction and so on,and studies the components and the whole lines of the lines. The life index evaluation system of the body lengthens "short board",cuts short "long edition",realizes component matching and overall optimization, and realizes the coordination in the whole life cycle. So that owners can get the best economic and social benefits in the life cycle of the project. |
