Construction industry has a single large investment, long construction period features,its demand for energy and resources is great. In order to reduce construction demand forresources, reduce energy consumption, on the construction project to study the whole lifecycle of great practical significance. Life cycle management are beginning to have widespreaduse in developed countries in many areas, but China is still in the primary stage, many placesare merely exploring the concept, the research results can be used with the actual operation isstill very lack thus strengthening the construction project life cycle studies imminent. In thispaper, in order to ensure the durability of the building, reliability and economy, based on theuse of life-cycle theory construction, focusing on the design process of the whole life cycleof construction projects, obtain the following main conclusions:1. Through the whole life cycle of domestic and foreign research results are summarizedand analyzed over the whole life cycle construction design theory systematically elaborated,based on building construction design process under the guidance of the concept of life cyclewere decomposed and refined. The first clear architectural engineering design decisionresearch process life-cycle under the proposed construction of the overall design of theconstruction phase should be considered life-study.2. Nanchang Riverside International Garden project as the main object of study, asystematic exposition of the construction design process based on full life cycle design,detailing in Nanchang Riverside International Garden engineering design process, the entirelife cycle of the building from the planning stage until the operation and maintenance phaseand recycling of construction materials throughout the design phase of the process: the overallarchitectural design, life cycle durability design, acoustic design, security design, aestheticdesign, health and hygiene six main steps of the design process of the building overall impactof engineering were considered.3. According to the building life-cycle theory research methods, in accordance with theoverall basic research ideas into detail, namely: through the " goal-content-solutions," theidea of the steps, based on AHP and fuzzy analysis method Nanchang Riverside InternationalGarden Architecture engineering design phase of the life cycle analysis, decision to establisha life-cycle assessment model based Nanchang Riverside International garden. 4. According to the actual situation in Nanchang Riverside International Garden projectconstruction site integrated AHP and fuzzy comprehensive analysis, the specific approach andthe application of the model to make the step up discussions with research from the fieldthrough three specific programs among the different characteristics selected for the RiversideInternational Garden project life cycle evaluation optimal solution, elaborated NanchangRiverside International garden building full life cycle design characteristics of the practicalapplication of model-based decision-making process Riverside International garden projectLife design is further proof of this article argument.Results of this study to effectively reduce the total investment of123million yuan ofNanchang Riverside International Garden project construction cost1.67million yuan, reducethe amount of investment of1.36%, Nanchang Riverside on enhancing the economic benefitsof international construction projects with a real sense of role in promoting worthy of furtherresearch and promotion.
