Equipment manufacturing is the cornerstone of China’s manufacturing industry,is the focus of the industrial field,the rapid development of modern manufacturing industry is more inseparable from the support of equipment manufacturing,which has a decisive impact on the comprehensive competitiveness of the industry.With the integration and application of smart factory,Io T,big data,AI,cloud computing and other new generation of intelligent manufacturing technologies,the wave of intelligent manufacturing has swept the whole industrial chain of production and manufacturing,and set off a new round of changes in the world’s manufacturing industry.In recent years,the situation of global manufacturing industry is changing rapidly,and the essence of CHN-US trade friction is the struggle for the supremacy of manufacturing industry.Japan,the European Union and other countries also keep up with the pace of China and the United States to step up the development of intelligent manufacturing,in an attempt to reshape the competitive advantage of their manufacturing industry in the global scope.Therefore,China’s manufacturing industry ushered in the century-old opportunity and century-old challenge.Similarly,the equipment manufacturing industry is also facing a new market pattern and survival challenges.In order to support the rapid transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry,realize the national strategy of "Intelligent Manufacturing 2025",grasp the century-old opportunity,and form an international competitive advantage,as an integrated supplier of equipment manufacturing industry,we must actively respond,dare to explore,meet and lead the broad demand for intelligent equipment in the whole manufacturing industry.This involves not only the iterative innovation of intelligent equipment integration solutions,but also the ability of intelligent equipment group delivery,intelligent factory integration implementation and comprehensive service.For equipment manufacturing integrators,in addition to the huge market brought by the demand for intelligent manufacturing,their own operation management reform and optimization are also faced with huge challenges.It has become an extremely important research topic whether the equipment manufacturing integrators can reasonably adjust the strategic layout,adjust the operation strategy,actively embrace the market demand and seize the development opportunities.This paper,based on the strategic layout of T Company and starting from the operation management strategy of A Business Unit,carries out the research according to the train of thought of "operation strategy--operation positioning--operation management optimization and practice--safeguard measures".First of all,in the first chapter,the equipment manufacturing industry is introduced,the development trend of equipment manufacturers in the field of intelligent manufacturing is extended,and a brief analysis is made,and the purpose and significance of the research topic is expounded.Secondly,in the second chapter,the related management theory of the research topic is expounded and explained.Then,in the third chapter,the status quo and main problems of the current operation management of the business division are explained.From the perspectives of operation strategy,strategic positioning and the status quo of operation management,the analysis is made in combination with the operation practice and industry norms of A business division.In the fourth chapter of this paper,related issues are discussed and summarized from the three aspects of "operation positioning optimization,operation management process optimization and business management process optimization".At the same time,the fifth chapter focuses on "operation strategy and operation positioning" to discuss and practice the security system.Finally,in Chapter 6,the research content is summarized and prospected,that is,the conclusion of the study is summarized,and the development direction of operation management in this field is prospected.At the same time,some insights and experiences in the research process are expressed.The research content of this paper,based on the development frontier of the current equipment manufacturing industry,and based on the development practice of A Business Department,provides new ideas for the diversified development of equipment integrators,and at the same time provides an important practice model for the operation and management reform of enterprises,which has certain reference value.It is hoped that the research results of this paper will give practitioners thinking,promote the exploration and practice of the industry,and contribute to the intelligent manufacturing in China.
