With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology and information technology,traditional manufacturing factory is upgraded into smart factory by using intelligent manufacturing equipment and information management system.Although smart factory production automation level is higher,its processing data depends on manual collection,production scheduling depends on manual scheduling,material feeding depends on manual delivery,and the feeding list is printed on paper.The production operation links with high human participation have the risk of production loss caused by personnel misoperation.Therefore,it is of great significance to design and implement the production and operation management system in the smart factory scenario to improve production efficiency and guarantee product quality.In this thesis,based on the smart factory scenario,aiming at the problem of low efficiency of manual scheduling,the existing shop scheduling problem is investigated,and it is found that the existing algorithm is difficult to balance the solution time and solution accuracy.Therefore,this thesis proposes a discrete artificial bee colony algorithm with greedy genetic operator to achieve intelligent shop scheduling with time and precision balance.In addition,this thesis conducted a field survey of a mobile phone manufacturing factory,deeply explored the actual needs of smart factory production and operation management,and obtained five core functions:work order management,production scheduling,auxiliary materials management,feeding check,and process control.Based on the above investigation,this thesis designed and implemented the smart factory production operation management system.Firstly,this thesis describes the background and practical significance of production operation management and shop scheduling,and analyzes the research status of both at home and abroad.Secondly,the smart factory production operation management system demand analysis,according to the intelligent scheduling requirements,proposed intelligent scheduling algorithm and experimental verification.Thridly,based on the above work,put forward the overall architecture of smart factory production operation management system,design and implement the function module of the system,and the typical interaction description is given.After that,the system was deployed in the investigated factory.After three months of trial operation,it has been running stably for two months.Finally,summarize all the work of this thesis,and look forward to its shortcomings.
