| The change of manufacturing mode has always been influenced by the market environment, technology environment and natural environment. With advancements in IoT technology and intelligent manufacturing technology, the manufacturing mode of machinery industry has been led to a new direction which is smart manufacture. The implementation of smart manufacture in the field of marine power equipment enterprise is of great significance. Research on smart manufacturing technology has already been carried out in the world. With putting forward the concept of “Industry 4.0”, many countries have started a new round of competition to set the reference architecture and standards of smart manufacture. But how to establish the smart manufacturing system in a traditional marine power equipment enterprise workshop is still to be studied. According to the production characteristics of mechanical processing workshop and the intelligent demand analysis, this paper propose a manufacturing structure and mode of smart mechanical processing workshop, and describe the realization of mass customization production mode in marine power equipment enterprise workshop.First, on the basis of analysis the manufacturing characteristics of traditional marine power equipment enterprise workshop and its demand of the intelligence. This paper summarize the features of smart marine power equipment enterprise workshop, then put forward a smart manufacturing structure for it, including three levels, two parts and IoT. And then this paper describes the functional system as well as the technical system of the smart mechanical processing workshop.Secondly, this paper studies the reasons and purpose of the smart workshop manufacturing mode, and then expounds the connotation of the smart manufacturing mode of the mechanical processing workshop. And then analyze the information interaction and standard system in smart workshop.Thirdly, this paper studies the realization process of the product modular design based on the CAD and PDM management system, production re-scheduling based on real-time data and logistics distribution mode in the smart mechanical processing workshop.Finally, this study combine with the construction of a mechanical processing smart workshop case, to apply the research content to the design of the manufacturing structure and mode of smart marine power equipment enterprise workshop. The research content has part of application in the enterprise. |
