Faced with the rapid development of urbanization,especially the smart city under the background of informationization,analysis from management,system design,hardware facilities,control methods,maintenance,etc.,lacks an automated management system,and it is difficult for managers to monitor energy consumption.Lead to the problem of wasting energy.Therefore,how to quickly develop and further improve a smart,efficient,energy-saving,high-quality,and low-cost urban road lighting management system is worth exploring.This article takes YZ as an example to study the development of urban smart lighting,and analyzes the development status of urban smart lighting from the development of smart cities,the development of smart lighting construction,and the status and trends of lighting business management systems.Based on the establishment of the urban smart lighting system operation and maintenance management model,system analysis shows that the urban smart lighting system operation and maintenance management is difficult to manage human resources,application resources increase costs(equipment and software),technical service processes are unreasonable,and risk emergency plans are unreasonable.Careful and other four aspects of the problem.Aiming at the operation and maintenance management of urban smart lighting system,based on the IT infrastructure library,the optimization ideas of urban smart lighting system operation and maintenance management are constructed from the aspects of business management,service management,technology management,and safety management.According to the optimization ideas,optimized content was designed from four aspects:human resource management,application resource management,technical service management,and risk emergency management,and applied it for one year.Construct an FCA-AHP evaluation model for optimized content practical application to strengthen the optimized evaluation management.The overall ranking of the optimization indicators for the operation and maintenance management of urban smart lighting system is:IT service equipment management system>IT service software management system>business process reengineering>risk analysis>user common>emergency coordination and communication mechanism>service equipment management system>improving business management system>Service software management system>System improvement>Staffing>Staff division>Risk identification>Developing monitoring system>Emergency communication mechanism>Improving business management process>IT service management planning.The comprehensive evaluation score of the operation and maintenance management optimization of the urban smart lighting system is Z=83.15,which is between 80 and 90 points,and the optimization evaluation level of the operation and maintenance management of the urban smart lighting system is B level.From the optimization effect,in terms of the human resource management effect,the allocation of personnel and the effective implementation of responsibilities have been optimized,and the perfection of the business management system and the standardization of the process have been promoted.In terms of application resource management effects,two aspects including equipment(hardware)and software have been strengthened to analyze the effectiveness of application resource management,which reflects economic benefits such as saving street lamp electricity costs,saving operation and maintenance costs,and at the same time,improving the management and maintenance level of urban lighting systems,The social benefits are significant.In terms of risk emergency management effects,the traditional business management process has been optimized,the leakage of street lighting facilities has been reduced,and the accidents of personal injury due to electric shock have been avoided.
