In order to further meet the economic and social demand for high-level qualified technical personnel of integrated and application oriented,China began to establish the full-time professional degree education in 2009.Over the past 11 years,with the leap-forward development of the enrollment scale of Full-Time Master of Engineering(ME)improving and promoting the quality of personnel training has become the core of the reform of full-time professional degree postgraduate education.However,as far as the current situation is concerned,there is still a big gap between China and the world-class level in the cultivation quality of Full-Time ME.Although studies have discussed the personnel training quality problems,influencing factors and countermeasures,they mostly merely focused on the problems.Depth researches have not been conducted on how the influencing factors affect the personnel training quality.And the causal analysis of the problems has not been studied yet.In view of this,this article focuses on the topic of "the personnel training quality of Full-Time ME and its influencing factors",focusing on two issues:(1)the current status of the personnel training quality of Full-Time ME education;(2)how the influencing factors affect the personnel training quality.Focusing on the above issues,this article analyzes the personnel training process of Full-Time ME to extract influencing factors,and then takes E University as an example to collect data.Using descriptive statistical analysis methods and one-way analysis of variance,the current status of personnel training and personnel quality of Full-Time ME are explained.Furthermore,the problems highlighted are analyzed.Secondly,this thesis uses principal component analysis,regression analysis,and partial correlation analysis methods to construct regression equations to explore how the influencing factors affect the personnel training quality.Thirdly,based on the empirical survey results,obeying the principle of "discover problems,analyze the causes,and solve problems",this thesis tries to find feasible countermeasures for colleges and universities to cultivate high-level engineering technology or engineering management personnel that meet the needs of social development.The empirical research results show that the average persomel quality of Full-Time ME is "3.95",which is at a relatively high level.However,the number of high-qualified Full-Time ME is rather small.Take students’ self-assessments of the ability they need to improve most into consideration,Full-Time ME urgently need to further promote their expertise knowledge,engineering application ability and learning and innovation ability.Correlation analysis shows that the main reasons owe to this are the students’ lack of motivation of studying,the convergence of curriculum settings,the malfunction of School-Enterprise Dual Tutorial System,the lack of motivation of school-enterprise cooperation,and the convergence of the quality standards for dissertation.Therefore,if colleges and universities want to improve the core personnel training quality of Full-Time ME,targeted measures must be taken,such as stimulating students’ self-driven,improving the construction of School-Enterprise Dual Tutorial System,promoting the reform of the curriculum system,perfecting the school-enterprise co-construction mechanism,and exploring new standards for dissertations.Then the core competitiveness of Full-Time ME can be further enhance,and more reliable and technical talents for the engineering team can be cultivated.
