| Nuclear power is one of the civil projects with the most complex technology and the highest quality requirements.If the construction of nucler power projects does not have reliable quality,nuclear power plants cannot operate safely.The construction quality of nuclear power projects constitutes the basis of safe operation.In the past ten years,my country’s nuclear power has developed rapidly.A large number of nuclear power construction projects have been launched,and more projects are undergoing preliminary preparation and planning.In the practice of nuclear power engineering in my country,all aspects of design,procurement,equipment manufacturing,construction and commissioning have been carried out.We have accumulated valuable experience and formed a complete and executable quality management system.However,in the field of engineering construction,especially in the commissioning phase,the quality control research mostly stays at the macro level,focusing on the commissioning quality control of the entire nuclear power project,but lacks in-depth and detailed research on the commissioning quality control of the specific system.The system is the foundation of nuclear power engineering projects.The quality of system commissioning quality control is directly related to the commissioning quality of the entire nuclear power engineering project.Therefore,the quality control research of system commissioning has fundamental and critical significance for the commissioning quality control of nuclear power engineering projects.This paper studies and sorts out the current quality control theory and methods of engineering construction at home and abroad,and refers to the practical experience of quality control of nuclear power engineering projects at home and abroad,summarizes and analyzes the application of PDCA theory can effectively improve and enhance the quality control level of nuclear power engineering project construction.Taking H nuclear power project power system commissioning quality control as the research object,Through in-depth interviews and field visits,deeply analyze the existing problems of low commissioning defect handling efficiency and high frequency of commissioning quality events in the commissioning quality control of the plant power system of the H nuclear power project,And from the aspects of commissioning defect control,commissioning quality event control,commissioning quality control organization,commissioning coordination mechanism and commissioning management information system,etc.,the commissioning quality control mechanism of the auxiliary power system has been optimized.Optimized the commissioning quality control mechanism of the power system,Simultaneous application of PDCA cycle,The optimized commissioning quality control mechanism is verified and improved in the specific plant power system commissioning practice,which greatly improves the processing quality of commissioning defects,effectively controls the occurrence of commissioning quality events,and realizes the plant power system commissioning quality Continuous improvement.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The PDCA cycle can effectively improve the quality control level of nuclear power engineering projects,especially the commissioning of specific systems.(2)System commissioning quality control in nuclear power engineering projects is problem-oriented,taking the number of commissioning defects and commissioning quality events as the measuring index,and using the PDCA cycle as a tool to continuously optimize and improve,thereby continuously improving the commissioning quality.(3)Focusing on objective commissioning defects and focusing on subjective commissioning quality events are inseparable.In the goals of commissioning quality control,the control of the two complements and promotes each other. |
