Analysis The Cost And Benefit Of Green Construct In Life Cycle

At present,the green building is developing rapidly in China,and it is more and more in line with the development of China’s national conditions.In 2019,the<Assessment Standard for Green Building>introduces the concept which is "human as the important and the development of harmonious coexistence between man and nature",which means that construction industry follows the sustainable development of green-healthy,and also attaches importance to the operational effectiveness of green building technology.The application of the new concept will lead to the renewal of evaluation standards in the green building.It is of theoretical and practical significance to analyze and study the cost and benefit of increasing the quantity and it promoting the development about green building.Based on the life cycle theory and cost-benefit theory and<Assessment Standard for Green Building>.This paper identifies the incremental cost and benefit from five aspects:safety and durability,comfort and health,convenient travel,saving resources and livable environment,and constructs a research framework to quantify the incremental cost and benefit of green building,and comprehensively and systematically studies the value of the development of active building to green building.Taking green apartment in Hunan Province as the research identifies the incremental cost and benefit of green technology measures in the design stage,construction stage,operation and maintenance stage,quantitatively calculates the incremental cost and benefit framework,and analyzes and calculates the economic index.The results show that in order to make the active buildings meet the green building standard,the corresponding capital cost must be invested,the benefit of this part of incremental cost feedback is far higher than 16.8 times,and meets the requirements of economic evaluation index.Therefore,green buildings can meet the development requirements of the new period only after considering factors such as safety and durability,health and comfort,and convenience of life.This paper can provide theoretical basis for the research of incremental cost and benefit of buildings of the same type in Hunan Province,and provide reference for the transformation of active buildings to green buildings,and for the implementation and development of current national green building standards.
