With the decreasing amount of non-renewable energy storage,people gradually realize that energy and environmental problems are gradually threatening our daily lives.Therefore,the global energy sector has been transforming and surviving since the early 20th century.With the advancement of energy technology,the international community places its future energy needs on new renewable energy.Due to the rapid development of new energy technology,the gap between the cost of new energy power generation and the cost of coal power generation has gradually narrowed.Commercial use.my country’s photovoltaic companies have seized market opportunities in a timely manner.A large number of photovoltaic companies have emerged in just over a decade.As one of the new energy companies,Huashun photovoltaic companies have also seized market opportunities and joined the energy reform army in a timely manner.With the fluctuation of the market,the competition of photovoltaic enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and many enterprises are facing a transition period.In the process of enterprise transformation,the introduction and management of enterprise talents has become the core issue of current enterprises.In order to better promote the development of photovoltaic enterprises,optimizing the company’s salary system has become a key issue for enterprises.The article takes Huashun photovoltaic enterprise’s salary system as the research object,through combing Huashun photovoltaic enterprise’s job setting,departmental responsibilities and existing salary system,combined with questionnaire survey to conduct a salary satisfaction survey on all employees,and finally it is found that the enterprise’s salary system has certain problems.This study uses the factor counting method to evaluate the value of the company’s position,and summarizes the experience of domestic and foreign scholars on the optimization of the company’s compensation system through the literature research method.System optimization design.By adjusting the existing salary system of employees,broadening the channels for salary improvement,designing different salary compositions for different positions,to improve the phenomenon that the existing salary system cannot better motivate employees,and finally achieve employee growth and enterprise efficiency.A win-win situation saves the cost of manpower management.
