Since the 21 st century,human society has moved towards the era of industrial economy and knowledge economy.Intellectual capital is gradually becoming the key resource of global economic development,and high-quality human resources of knowledge and ability are increasingly becoming the source of core competitiveness of countries,regions and enterprises.For an enterprise,how to improve the external competitiveness and internal fairness of the enterprise,scientific human resource management system is an important topic that managers pay attention to now and in the future.Most of the enterprises in our country are not satisfied with their salary distribution and incentive,so is H company.H company was founded in 2008,mainly engaged in auto related sales,auto parts retail and auto maintenance and repair.At present,H company’s salary distribution system construction is weak,the enterprise salary structure setting is unreasonable,and the phenomenon of inaccurate,insufficient and unfair incentives is common,which leads to the problems of internal interpersonal conflicts,lack of trust and high turnover rate of employees;H company’s incentive policy design is not long,and employees’ sense of belonging is low,which are not conducive to all these problems Long term development of the enterprise.Therefore,the optimization of H company’s salary system is an urgent problem to be solved in the current development of the enterprise.This paper sorts out and analyzes the relevant literature and materials at home and abroad through the method of literature and materials,which lays the theoretical foundation for the research of salary,salary management and salary system,and facilitates the optimization design of the salary system.This paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,data analysis and the characteristics of H company and the same industry to improve the current salary system of H company Line comprehensive analysis.Through the analysis of H company,it can provide useful reference for the salary management of other related enterprises in China.
