Power facility maintenance enterprises are peripheral enterprises of state grid corporation of China.County-level cities or cities divided into districts generally have such enterprises,and nationwide,there are thousands of such enterprises.After 2014,the state has issued new policies to encourage power facility maintenance enterprises to compete across regions.Some enterprises with competitive advantages contribute a much higher proportion of business revenue than grid enterprises in other regions,while some enterprises without competitive advantages keep losing their original markets.Competitive pressure forces power facilities maintenance enterprises to speed up internal reform,improve management,reduce costs and improve labor productivity,and the reform of salary system is listed as the most important reform content.RD company is a typical power equipment maintenance enterprise,and its existing salary system has the same characteristics and problems as other companies in the same industry.This paper through the optimization design of RD company's existing salary system,in order to provide reference for the power equipment maintenance enterprise's salary system.RD company was established in 2007.It is a peripheral enterprise of state grid corporation of China.Its main market service object is the local state grid corporation,and it accepts the entrustment of state grid corporation for the construction of power equipment.Based on an in-depth analysis of the current situation of RD company's compensation system,this paper finds out the existing problems and causes of RD company's current compensation system,andproposes targeted optimization schemes and related reform measures.By RD company top,middle,grass-roots level,each department heads in the interviews,and conduct field on-the-spot investigation and to work with the log view,understand the RD staff Suggestions to the existing compensation system and feedback,this article found that the current compensation system the following main problems: working chief responsibility is not clear;Some post names are inconsistent with the actual work content;Safety integral plays a limited role;The incentive effect of compensation is not obvious;Inadequate performance appraisal;Security awards are a formality and so on.After analyzing the reasons for the above problems,this paper puts forward a plan for the optimization design of RD company's salary system: to construct the salary structure of "post salary +performance salary" and replace the original complex structure of "basic salary +fixed performance award + safety award + work ticket";Delphi method and element counting method are used to scientifically calculate the post salary,and the performance salary is determined on the basis of comprehensive and fair performance appraisal.In this paper,the optimization of the scheme,which is beneficial to RD company better retain talent,attract fresh blood,improve employee satisfaction,increase the RD company market competitiveness,for the future RD company's rapid development has important significance,as well as the outside of the state grid electric power facilities maintenance class enterprise in the enterprise in terms of pay system optimization design provides a new train of thought and reference.
