Along with the changes in the macro situation,the national "One Belt One Road" development strategy and the implementation and continuous advancement of the Yangtze River Delta,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and other regional economic policies have brought tremendous impact to the engineering survey and design industry,which is the vanguard of engineering construction.Taking advantage of the opportunity,various construction modes have gradually penetrated into the design industry.Engineering general contracting companies have emerged one after another in the survey and design industry.As a typical knowledge-based company,the requirements for talents of this type of enterprise are different from those of the traditional survey industry,and the selection,training,and retention of talents are upgraded to a strategic level.A project general contracting company’s compensation standards are mainly based on experience and industry salary levels.There is no scientific compensation system,which has a certain obstacle to the development of the enterprise itself and is not conducive to attracting and retaining talents.Therefore,the research on optimization of personnel salary management of A EPC management company has a certain reference and reference effect for the same type of enterprises.Based on the above research background,this article sorts out the relevant content,puts forward its own research content and research ideas,and determines the research method.First of all,the operational literature analysis method systematically sorts out incentive theory,broadband salary theory,and comprehensive salary theory,and lays a theoretical foundation for later discussions through research on related theories.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey method and on-site interviews to grasp the current employees’ understanding of the current compensation system and their expectations for the improvement of the compensation system.After collecting questionnaires and interview data,conduct reliability,validity,regression,and difference analysis to learn more about the specific differences in the five dimensions of salary for different types of employees,and find the underlying reasons.Finally,further summarize the necessity and purpose of the optimization of the current salary system,aiming at the problems in the employee salary management of the A EPC management company,and optimize the employee’s salary level and salary structure based on the actual situation.In order to establish and improve the modern enterprise system,strengthen human resource management,improve management efficiency,ensure the efficient operation of the organization,and make employees more valuable,motivated and passionate are the main tasks of this salary optimization.Through the exploration of the remuneration optimization of the general contracting company of the new construction model in the survey and design industry,the modern remuneration system attracts and retains outstanding talents,meets the needs of employees,motivates employees to innovate,protects employees’ rights and interests,and also provides reference value for other similar companies.
