There are many factors that affect the business development of an enterprise,of which the strategic influence is particularly important.Under the background of the "Belt and Road",a large number of Chinese companies have developed overseas in a new period,DFE company is affected by changes in the internal and external economic environment and the company’s core competitiveness.Overseas business has many problems in strategy and organizational structure,which has affected the development of DFE overseas business.DFE’s overseas business has many drawbacks,such as organizational structure confusion leading to organizational coordination difficulties,insufficient R&D investment leading to product replacement difficulties,insufficient market investment leading to slow progress in overseas business area expansion,and the addition of many competitors leading to cost-leading strategic revenue When it comes to challenges,etc.If DFE’s overseas business needs to achieve its development goals in the new era,it must make new adjustments to its overseas business strategy on the basis of internal and external environmental analysis to solve the above problems.This thesis closely combines the actual situation of DFE companies,refers to the relevant theories and methods of business-level strategic research,and comprehensively analyzes the macro-environment,internal environment and industry environment of DFE companies using PEST analysis and Porter’s five force model To conduct research and establish a SWOT model for overseas business.Through the combination of these theoretical methods and tools with the actual situation of DFE,I realized that the current opportunities are greater than the risks.Combining the DFE business conditions and development foundation,we have comprehensively obtained the optimal strategy for overseas business in the new development period:Build a unified overseas business platform,actively promote product updates,break through the EPC business,and form a new growth point for the company’s overseas business strategy in the new period.In the part of strategic safeguards,based on an in-depth analysis and understanding of overseas business strategies,this thesis first sorts out the parts of the organizational structure that need to be adjusted,and correctly grasps the types and characteristics of the overseas business organization structure,corresponding to the elimination of the previous organization structure.With regard to the problems faced by them,an organizational restructuring plan implemented in stages was adopted.Finally,in the implementation part of the organizational structure adjustment plan,the performance mechanism part was designed in detail,and related guarantee measures were formed.Through the overseas business strategy adjustment and organizational restructuring,the actual operation results of the past year are used as feedback to verify that the strategic adjustment and organization restructuring based on this thesis have been initially successful.The main contribution of this thesis is to combine the current background of the "Belt and Road",in-depth analysis of the problems existing in DFE’s overseas business strategy and organizational structure,and use the strategic environment analysis,strategic selection and formulation,and strategy in the theory of enterprise strategic management.Carry out systematic research on implementation and organizational structure design,and put forward corporate internationalization strategy adjustment plans and organizational structure adjustment optimal plans,supplemented by optimized performance plans,for companies to better grasp strategic opportunities to achieve faster development,there are strong realistic and guiding significance,and provide references for domestic companies in the same industry field to implement internationalization strategies in the current international situation.
