Research On Progress Control Of HYG Phase Ⅱ Project Under Fast Turnover Mode

In the past decade,the real estate industry has experienced the best golden age,Through the fast turnover mode,the annual sales of country garden has achieved a leap from 32.9 billion to 308.8 billion in six years,and topped the list of annual sales of the domestic real estate industry.At the same time,safety accidents and quality problems occur frequently at the site of country garden,and the culprit also points to the fast turnover mode of country garden.This paper tries to explain theoretically the necessity of realizing fast turnover in real estate project schedule management.At the same time,it analyzes that the implementation of fast turnover mode is not equal to reducing the construction period through rush work.Taking the HYG phase Ⅱ project as the research object,This paper studies the problem-solving plan,guarantee plan and the preparation and optimization of the project schedule of HYG phase Ⅱ project,which is of guiding significance to the progress control practice of HYG phase Ⅱ project,and can provide reference for other fast turnover real estate project management.On the specific research content,the paper expounds the relevant theories of project schedule management and the necessity of fast turnover mode,analyzes the path to achieve fast turnover of project schedule control,and then introduces the situation of HYG project briefly,summarizes the risks and problems in the progress control of HYG project.This paper focuses on the study of HYG phase Ⅱ project schedule preparation and schedule control under the fast turnover mode.In the process of schedule preparation,WBS decomposition,network chart,key lines and other theoretical tools of schedule management are applied.In the process of schedule control,PDCA management cycle principle is applied,and plan inspection,plan deviation analysis and plan are described respectively Methods and measures for rectifying deviation.At last,the paper makes the guarantee measures of schedule control to realize fast turnover from two aspects of risk response measures and process system construction.Through the research and analysis of the full text,the second phase schedule and schedule control of HYG project have realized the fast turnover mode,and concluded three general conclusions about the fast turnover mode and schedule control of real estate project,namely,the core logic of the fast turnover mode,the key points of the whole process node planning of real estate project and the key points of schedule control of real estate project.
