China’s civil aviation industry is developing very rapidly.To ensure the rapid development of the air transportation industry and provide high-quality and efficient services,domestic airport group companies have increasingly recognized the importance of human resource management.Under this background,the professionalism,institutionalization,and systematization of the construction of the talent management system at P Airport are relatively low,and there are many shortcomings in talent management in key positions:lack of a comprehensive talent evaluation mechanism and strategic talent training plan,and incentives for salary measures Importance single career development channel,etc.Reconstructing the talent management system for key posts has become a critical issue that P Airport urgently needs to solve.In view of this,in order to optimize and perfect the talent management system of key posts in P Airport,this paper mainly carried out the following four aspects of research.First,it clarified the meaning of talents,talent management,and key positions,reviewed the essence of theoretical research on talent management at home and abroad,and the widely used talent management system construction tools.It laid a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.Secondly,analyze the problems existing in talent management of key posts at P Airport.In order to fully understand P Airport,the general overview of P Airport is introduced from the aspects of basic introduction,strategic outlook,human resources overview,etc.,combined with the discussion of the executive meeting,the current problems are revealed,and the statistical data is used in the form of questionnaire survey.Confirmed the reality and urgency of the problemOnce again,it is proposed to build a talent management system for key posts in the P airport,with the focus on improvement and optimization,perfecting the missing ones,and optimizing the shortcomings.The thinking framework and specific implementation plan of the construction of the P airport key post talent system of the design system,including related management methods and management tools,involves many human resources such as key post definition,key position talent identification,talent training,talent incentive,talent development and human resource management module.Among them,key post evaluation methods and key post value evaluation methods have been applied in the actual work of P Airport and achieved good results.Finally,the supporting guarantee measures for the operation and implementation of the talent management system for key posts at P Airport are proposed,including organizational guarantee,information construction,corporate culture construction,and employee rights protection,to ensure that the achievements of the talent system construction are implemented.Through the above research,this paper improves and optimizes the talent management system for key posts in P Airport.P Airport belongs to a typical functional guarantee enterprise,with a large number of personnel,a large number of posts,and a wide range of job types.It provides some inspiration and reference for the talent management practice of the same type of enterprise,which has originality and practical significance.
