Power foundry business is an important service business of the power supply enterprises.It is an important way of power supply enterprises to serve the development and construction of cities,improve the power supply capacity of regional power grids and enhance the overall image of power supply enterprises.With the deepening of the reform of the electric power system,power supply enterprises will face a more open,diverse and intense market environment.How to face market competition directly,cope with unprecedented difficulties and challenges,and resolve social contradictions in time,power supply enterprises need to take the initiative to think deeply and explore a set of methods to achieve self-innovation of enterprises.Under the traditional management mode,power supply enterprises take their own interests as the core,and pay insufficient attention to serving customers and society.Nowdays,the competitive market environment forces us to change,re-examine the core business processes and management models,study and eliminate the key bottlenecks that hinder the transformation and development of the enterprises,put forward a set of effective systematic solutions,and form a set of replicable business management system.At present,under the existing system and rules,the foundry business of The Southern Power Supply Company gradually exposes the problems of lengthy business cycle,lack of overall cooperation among specialties,lack of whole process control,inability to achieve an external port,a surge in customer complaints and so on,which affect the high-quality development of urban engineering construction and power grid,and damage the image of the central power enterprises.Obviously,the current business model and management and control level of The Southern Power Supply Company cannot meet the development requirements of power enterprise transformation and upgrading under the new situation.Based on the indepth study of many power grid enterprises at home and abroad,core business model and management promotion cases,combined with the actual situation of The Southern Power Supply Company,this Paper applies the theory and thought of project management to practical research,scientifically,reasonably,uses relevant tools and methods such as process optimization,to help The Southern Power Supply Company,analyze the key elements of the foundry business,explore the problems and weak links in the management and control system of the foundry business,optimize the foundry business process of The Southern Power Supply Company,explore a long-term management model to adapt to the development of the foundry business under the new situation,and then explore and refine the strategy to improve the project management level of the company.The research results not only improve the overall management level of the project including the foundry business project of The Southern Power Supply Company,strengthen the company’s ability to serve customers and society,but also play a reference role for other power supply companies to carry out foundry business control and project management promotion,which has very important practical significance.Through the research,we find that the core of improving the management and control level of the foundry business is to optimize and reshape the business process.Through in-depth investigation of the current situation of the power supply enterprise foundry business,find the blockage in the process of the foundry business,use business process optimization tooles to effectively dredge,greatly improve the efficiency of the company’s foundry business process.At the same time,in order to optimize the foundry business process to achieve the desired results,this Paper in-depth study and analysis of the current foundry business management model under the pain point,establish and improve a series of supporting management system: including the construction of a matrix organization structure based on flow,to formulate and improve the foundry business system and implementation rules,clarify the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved and specific working menthods,establish and improve the whole process control system,to formulate effective supervision,assessment,evaluation,reward and punishment system and index system.Specific menthods are put forward in strict control of the ley nodes of the foundry business process,deeping the project manager system,building a complete and practical foundry business information system,strengthening staff skills training,enhancing the company’s innovation ability and strengthening the construction of corporate culture.It has taken various measures to comprehensively guarantee the improvement of project management of the company’s foundry business and achieved substantial results.Through practice,the overall efficiency and construction quality of the foundry business process of The Southern Power Supply Company have been improved in an all-round way,and the excellent management objectives of the foundry business,standardization of the process,high efficiency of operation,visualization of the competitiveness of enterprises,the highlighting of the image of the central electric power enterprises and the construction of the excellent cities.
