| The construction industry is one of the important pillar industries of the national economy.The realization of its output value needs the close cooperation and cooperation of all the participants in the project.However,in the process of project implementation,conflicts between different subjects frequently occur,resulting in cost overspending and time delay,which seriously affect the performance of the project.In recent years,scholars have focused on the impact of relationship factors such as trust and communication on project conflict.However,as the foundation of the relationship and the core of formal system,contracts also have a significant impact on project conflicts,but few people have been deeply studied.This paper pay attention to contract factors to study the impact of construction contract governance on project conflict,and puts forward new management ideas and suggestions for reducing project conflict and improving project performance.This paper first defines the concept of project conflict,analyzes the driving factors of project conflict and the impact on project performance.And through a large number of construction disputes,analyzes the current situation of project conflict and the causes of contract caused by project conflict.Secondly,based on literature research,the contract governance of construction project is divided into two dimensions: contract control and contract coordination.The relationship between contract control,contract coordination,trust and project conflict is studied,and the structural equation model of the impact of construction contract governance on project conflict is constructed.Then,a total of 217 valid questionnaires were obtained from the online and offline survey of the managers of the construction project owners and contractors.The Amos software is used to test the impact path of the construction contract governance on the project conflict.The results show that contract control plays a direct and significant positive impact on project conflict,and contract coordination has a significant negative impact on project conflict.Meanwhile,contract coordination has a significant negative impact on project conflict through trust mediation.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward specific suggestions for reducing contract control and increasing contract coordination,so as to promote trust development,reduce project conflict and improve project performance. |
