Research On Acceptance Management Of Rural Highway Construction Project Based On Interpretive Structural Mothod

Rural highway construction is the cornerstone of highway construction in China,which has the most direct impact on the economic development of our country and the safe travel of the broad masses of the people.To ensure the quality of rural highway construction,acceptance management is an extremely important link.At present,there are still many problems in the acceptance management of rural highway construction projects in China,such as: insufficient investment in acceptance funds,less training in acceptance management,and non-standard contents of acceptance management,etc.How to do well the acceptance management of rural highway construction project is the key problem to be solved in this paper.Through the research and analysis of a large number of relevant data of rural highway acceptance management and the use of relevant expert questionnaire,this paper finds out some problems existing in the acceptance management of rural highway construction projects in China at present,and further finds out the core influencing factors of these problems,obtains 12 influencing factors about rural highway acceptance management,and then uses the explanation structure model method,that is,ISM method to divide these 12 influencing factors into three root influencing factors,four key influencing factors and five direct influencing factors.After further study,two unimportant direct factors were removed,the remaining 10 factors are comprehensively analyzed,and the research framework of rural highway acceptance management is constructed according to the principle of grasping the root influencing factors,controlling the key influencing factors and implementing the direct influencing factors.At the same time,through the case analysis,it is verified that the actual problems existing in rural highway acceptance management are basically consistent with the theoretical research,which shows that the relevant research and analysis conclusions are basically accurate.Finally,it puts forward the opinions and measures of rural highway acceptance management in China,improves the deficiencies of rural highway acceptance management,and provides some reference for rural highway acceptance management in China.In this paper,the reliability of the survey data is analyzed by using the test method inmathematical statistics,the operation flow of explaining the structure model method and using Excel software to carry out the related calculation is introduced in detail,the operation flow of using Excel software to do the regression analysis is introduced,and the time design of the acceptance management scheme is briefly introduced.The application of these methods provides a scientific and effective guarantee for the study of rural highway acceptance management.
