| Key engineering projects are of great significance for improving local people’s livelihood and driving regional economic development.This kind of project involves many stakeholders and the construction process is complicated,which leads to the relationship between the project risk factors.This poses a huge challenge to risk analysis and response.This study focuses on the risk correlation of SH company’s SH project.Based on the modeled expression of risk factors and their associated relationships,it proposes specific principles and strategies for the actual risk response of SH projects.Based on the analysis of the actual situation of SH key engineering projects,a risk factor identification process was designed,and 26 risk factors were obtained through expert judgment.Then,prepare relevant materials and design the identification process of the relationship between risk elements.Through the expert meeting,30 risk element relationships were identified.These results are expressed in the form of association matrices and network graphs.With the relational matrix as input data,the reachability matrix,the antecedent set of elements,and the reachable set are calculated.Then,the standard hierarchical rules of the structural model method are explained to obtain the hierarchical structure of the risk elements.On this basis,by combining the connection of the nodes in the network diagram,the skeleton diagram of the SH key engineering project was drawn,and the explanatory structure model of the project risk elements was obtained.Through analysis of the model,it was found that the model has many levels and the situation of the segments is obvious.For this reason,the principles of risk early warning information classification and the risk management of each segment’s professional management are proposed.The source of the model has more risks,including insufficient expected management,insufficient project personnel,Key technical risks,capital risks,environmental risks,construction management risks,and planned risks are presented as specific countermeasures.This study can provide direct guidance for the risk response of SH company’s SH major engineering projects,and further improve the company’s risk management level.The model building process,risk response and principles and strategies can also provide references for other types of projects. |
