Research On Quality Improvement Of Air-conditioning System For Haval H Model Of G Company

With the progress of society and the development of the times,people’s demands for automobile power and maneuverability have become a basic demand.Also,the requirements for product intelligence and comfort have become an important factor for stimulating consumption.The automobile air conditioning system has been one of the important indicators for evaluating the comfort of the whole vehicle,so people have put forward higher requirements for the quality assurance of the automobile air conditioning system.G Company is a famous manufacturer of Chinese SUV.Haval H model car is a star product of the company.However,the feedback of the air conditioning performance problem from the aftersales market has been always keeping in high level,which has seriously affected consumer recognition.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the quality of the air conditioning system of Haval H model car.In the thesis,by taking the implementation of Six Sigma in specific cases as entry point,we will improve the quality of the Haval H model car air conditioning system.Based on Six Sigma management tools and methods of DMAIC,I use Pareto charts,SIPOC charts and other tools,we will define what the main problem is-which is affecting the quality of the Haval H model car air conditioning system.We will develop a detailed project implementation plan;By using fish bone map and other tools,we determine the CTQ(Critical-To-Quality)according to the selected projects,clarify the measurement items of the project and analyze the measurement system;according to the selected project,we will analyze the overall filling process and the vacuum testing phase,research deeply the investigations about environmental factors which is affecting the test results;then verify and evaluate the improved method;finally establish a project of controlling method to evaluate the results of the project in the form of standardized documents,data records and other output forms.The research results of the thesis which are greatly significant for the company’s future project improvement.Its successful improvement experience will be introduced into the future problem solving,which is the great significance for the quality of G Company.
