Research On The Improvement Of The Pass Rate Of SG Company's Server Based On Six Sigma Method

SG Company is a professional manufacturer of server and its product line covers machine rack servers,tower type server,server blade,high density server and storage server five categories,SG server production line is pipelining,appear product causes declining rate of pass through,directly affect the production line capacity,the products in question in the through rate of more and more low,fault rate rose in a straight line,seriously affect production capacity,resulting in of delay in delivery,reduce customer satisfaction,improve cost,the company many is not conducive to the adverse impact of the normal development of the company.In order to better serve customers and constantly improve the manufacturing technology and management level,the company continuously improve its manufacturing technology and management level.It is an important task to analyze and improve the quality of the project by using six sigma tools to analyze and improve the quality of the production line.The research direction of this dissertation the way of project management method in various stages of the development process and tools,six sigma and its main principles,DMAIC concept and practical significance,DMAIC implementation steps and tools,six sigma design process and main design tools,design for six sigma integration framework and DFSS is summarized;secondly SG and server products and enterprise implementation of the status quo and problems of the Six Sigma SG project process was introduced in this thesis,that the work efficiency is low,the quality of service cost is high,the user needs is not clearly defined,the lack of standards and lack of effective methods for continuous improvement of service level agreement,the IT service management model the combining method of Six Sigma re construction,and put forward specific optimization scheme,this thesis puts forward a SG Company service offline qualified rate detection project implementation measures of Six Sigma and Six Sigma is a research tool.However,our purpose is ensure enterprises of normal smooth and orderly operation,so in the use of six sigma tools also must the security.Through the use of six sigma tools of SG Company server offline detection process application analysis and improvement of the specific process pass rate,which for line of qualified rate detection,using the DOE tools optimize;for the production line,using two abilities make an assessment tool on the productivity of stability and reliability analysis,through the management means of production line was improved and the use of six sigma tools to verify the validity of the improved,enhance the SG Company product quality and quality competitiveness,increase market share and profit of SG Company.
