At present,China has become the world's largest automobile production and sales market.The competition of major auto brands is very fierce.At the same time,the quality of auto products is not optimistic.The after-sales market has the most serious complaints about product quality,and thus has new products for auto parts manufacturers.Requirements,the focus of competition has gradually changed from the competition of quantity and price to the competition of quality and brand.In order to meet the increasingly stringent requirements of customers,more and more parts and components companies have begun to introduce new quality management theories and methods.Based on the current status of production of welding products of Company B,this article has carried out the management activities of Lean Six Sigma in order to solve the quality problems of welding products and eliminate the irrational operation during the processing.Firstly,based on the review of related researches on Lean Six Sigma at home and abroad,we evaluated the company's product quality competitiveness,found out the company's production and management problems,combined with the company's production and management status,and used SWOT.The necessity and feasibility of the introduction of Lean Six Sigma by Company B was analyzed.Based on the Lean Six Sigma implementation strategy,the quality improvement of the upper inner plate assembly after the sideline of Company B was taken as the research object,and the improvement of Lean Six Sigma management was introduced in detail.The specific application of process DMAIC ? in product quality improvement.In the definition stage,customer demand analysis,SIPOC diagrams,etc.are used to identify key quality characteristics and determine the scope of improvement and project objectives.In the measurement stage,measurement system analysis(MSA)and process capability analysis are used to verify the measurement system and process capabilities.The influencing factors are dealt with quickly and complex influencing factors enter the analysis stage.In the analysis stage,key factors such as causal matrix method,FMEA analysis and control chart are used for the complex influence factors to find out the key to affect the quality of the inner and outer plate assembly after the side wall.In the improvement phase,the best welding parameters are selected through orthogonal test to determine the best improvement plan.At the same time,the lean field management is used to optimize the production environment in the balance of the workshop production line;in the control phase,the inner lining is added to the side lining.The quality improvement effect and benefits of the assembly are monitored and evaluated scientifically.A reasonable control plan and standardized treatment are established.Finally,the DMAIC ? improves the process.The overheard and false welding of the upper inner plate assembly after the side wall is improved,and the production efficiency is improved.Increased by 12%.
