| WJ Green Building Industry Investment Co.,Ltd.is a state-owned enterprise set up by the Management Committee of WJ Green Building Industry Development Park in C City,J Province.It has built a green building industry demonstration park with preliminary layout of the whole industrial chain of Park planning,construction and operation.However,there are some directional problems in the aspects of market entity,self-management,human resources and operation ability.This thesis,based on in-depth analysis,strives to establish its development strategy and make WJ Green Construction Industry Investment Co.,Ltd.gain competitive advantage in the fierce competition.Based on the analysis of the research results at home and abroad,this thesis describes the concept of enterprise strategic management and some commonly used analysis models.Then,according to the status quo of WJ Green Building Industry Investment Co.,Ltd.obtained from literature and field interviews,the PEST model is constructed,with which macro-environment of enterprises is analyzed in depth from the aspects of politics,economy,society and technology.Next,Porter’s five-force model is established to analyze the industrial environment,and draws a conclusion that the enterprise has a strong ability to utilize the external environment and resist external risks.From the perspective of business ability,management ability,financial resources,physical resources,human resources and intangible resources,this thesis analyses the interior environment of the company to conclude that the enterprise has a strong internal ability to enhance its strengths and avoid its weaknesses.On this ground,through the SWOT model and GE matrix model,after matching the internal and external environment,targeted construction of the overall strategy and specific sub-business strategy,the thesis finally describes the pyramid-like strategic system with overall strategy,business strategy and security. |
