Research On Development Strategy Of T Power Plant

At present,China is the world’s largest energy consumer,and the demand and dependence on energy will continue to grow with the rapid development of economy.The power industry is an important part of China’s energy system,which plays a vital role in the stable development of China’s economy,and thermal power enterprises are the most important part of the power industry.In recent years,with the rapid growth of the national economy,great changes have taken place in the power industry,especially the reform measures implemented by the state,which makes the market competition of thermal power enterprises more intense.So,how to make many thermal power enterprises survive and develop in the current fierce environment,as the managers of thermal power enterprises,they must carry out the research of enterprise development strategy,and make long-term development strategic planning for enterprises,so as to make enterprises in an invincible position in the fierce power market competition.Based on the theory of development strategy,this paper analyzes and discusses the external and internal environment of T thermal power company in detail by combing the relevant literature and research results,using PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix.Combined with SWOT analysis of T thermal power company,according to the analysis results,the development strategy selection of QSPM matrix scoring is carried out,the development strategic objectives and implementation path suitable for T thermal power company are further formulated,and the integrated development strategic system of T thermal power company is constructed.At the same time,the relevant safeguard measures are put forward for each development strategic system,so as to realize the sustainable development of T thermal power company,especially in the new round of power system reform,and comprehensively improve the quality of development,and play a positive role in promoting its market competitiveness.At the same time,I hope that this study can provide some useful suggestions for the development strategy of T thermal power company,and also hope to provide reference for the development of other thermal power enterprises.
