With the rapid development of our society and technological progress,the spatial environment of existing old office buildings is gradually difficult to meet the higher needs of users.After visiting and investigating the Changsha area,the author found that most of the existing office buildings surveyed were designed and constructed at the end of the 20 th century.The lower comfort and higher energy consumption have been difficult to meet today’s social energy-saving requirements and green energy efficiency.The goal of sustainable development.Since the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" and the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period of my country’s special development plan for building energy efficiency and green buildings,the energy efficiency and green development goals of buildings have become more and more clear.This is a new research direction in construction and related industries.Through relevant theoretical and practical analysis,this paper explores the potential of green energy saving currently hidden in existing office buildings in Changsha,and proposes suitable green renovation strategies and methods,which can save natural resources and improve people’s satisfaction with the office building environment It plays its due role in promoting the green development of China’s construction industry.Related research in my country is in the ascendant,but there is still a lack of research and methods for different climate zones.This article takes the Changsha area as the research scope,discusses relevant green building theories and technologies suitable for the renovation of existing local office buildings under the current environment,and summarizes green renovation strategies.First,review the research background and existing green renovation technologies an d related literature at home and abroad,summarize the technologies and characteristics required for green renovation of existing office buildings,and determine the research framework of this paper;secondly,through visits and investigations to the exist ing 5districts of Changsha For office buildings,investigate and ask the relevant users about their experience.According to the actual situation,find out the energy-saving and green defects that still exist in the existing office buildings;then,combin e the relevant theory and technology to give a green transformation suitable for Changsha area The strategy is the functional space transformation,comfort transformation,energy utilization transformation and detailed technical transformation to meet the needs of office staff.Use relevant computer software for simulation analysis,in terms of indoor and outdoor space optimization,put forward green renovation strategies and methods for building surrounding planning,and find suitable functional space plan ning after renovation;in terms of building envelope,it is necessary to add walls and attachments Green renovation of equipment,windows,and roofs are coordinated;in terms of indoor environment improvement,the existing conditions of the sound,light,h eat and ventilation environment of the building are evaluated,and their shortcomings are effectively optimized;in terms of energy utilization,various The applicability of this kind of renewable energy and the corresponding usage methods are proposed,an d suggestions on how to improve the intelligent level of the building are given.Finally,take the green renovation of a high-rise office building in Changsha as an example to demonstrate the applicability of the relevant green renovation strategies and me thods proposed in this article,and provide a case reference for future research and practice.
