Research On The Diagnosis And Evaluation Of Existing Office Building Green Transformation

At present,China’s existing building area of more than 50 billion square meters,most of the existing buildings are high energy consumption,poor safety,function is not perfect,the office buildings accounted for more than 50%public buildings.Incorrect renovation of office building,not only will destroy the ecological environment,will also cause a great waste of energy and resources,green transformation of existing building,can improve the comprehensive performance of the existing building,also has great significance for energy saving and emission reduction.In this paper,the existing office buildings before the green transformation of the diagnosis study,built a green reconstruction before the diagnostic evaluation system.In this paper,the existing office building of a large number of field research in the aspects of building structure,building function,building energy performance and indoor and outdoor physical environment quality,analyzes the current situation of office building,the problems found in detail in carding;both the construction of green transformation,through the current encounter the difficulties and development situation analysis in scientific research,policies,standards,and technology and other aspects of the case,summed up the existing diagnosis research contents before the renovation of the green office building;comparative analysis of related evaluation system of office building green transformation both at home and abroad,the construction of existing office building green transformation before the diagnosis evaluation system.The evaluation system of innovation of the building function,and evaluation content of structural safety and energy consumption by giving weight to a comprehensive index system,the more comprehensive diagnosis of existing office building objective,provides background and basis for further research.According to the characteristics of office building,one by one selected special index of building structure,building function,building energy performance,indoor and outdoor physical environment in four aspects,is used to diagnose the comprehensive performance of office buildings;the evaluation results according to the actual situation of the object,single index evaluation,analysis of its transformation potential from the feasibility,technological transformation two aspects of economic rationalityIn this study,using hierarchical analysis method,questionnaire survey method,combined with expert questionnaire on evaluation index weighting quantization;standard specification,combined with existing industry standards of building structure,the four aspects of building function,building energy performance,indoor and outdoor physical environment with the score criterion,and in accordance with the transformation of potential the classification,and provide special reform proposals.Through the analysis of diagnostic evaluation system with comprehensive performance of green office building,when the comprehensive performance evaluation system must meet the standard value,individual indicators meet the requirements of specification,the industry standard for the index,allowing users to understand the essence of green building,sustainable buildingFinally,this evaluation system is used to evaluate a certain office building project in Jilin,so as to verify the scientificity,rationality and operability of the evaluation index system,and verify the practicability of the reform proposal.
