Green Design And Practice Of Office Building In Jilin Province

With the contradiction between economic development and environmentalprotection have become increasingly prominent, the development model adoptedtraditional architectural design and construction of simple, extensive can’t meet theneed of sustainable development of natural environment. At present, China moresevere situation, especially in our country, the construction industry is stilldominated by the extensive growth mode in the background, have caused to thedevelopment of low energy consumption, low pollution of the green buildingpeople’s thinking and exploration. On the green building design, China introducedGB50378-2006《green building evaluation criteria》 in2006, made clear of anddemand for green building.The paper is based on the green design of office buildings, using geography,environmental science, architecture, sociology theory and method, through theanalysis and empirical research, further analysis on the present situation andcharacteristics, Jilin province office building in Jilin area climate characteristics,design system of low energy consumption of office building, green design strategiesin order to explore the Jilin Province Office building.This paper consists of five parts, the first chapter introduces the researchbackground, significance, purpose and research methods; the second chapter of themain detailed location survey, about the features of the climate in Jilin and theexisting office building energy consumption situation; Chapter third summarizesJilin existing application of green energy saving technology in public buildings, putsforward in the green technology development trend in Jilin Province Office building.The fourth chapter is the key part of this paper, through the analysis and research ofgreen design strategies for office buildings, from the planning, construction site, building shape design, structure design, structure design, the use of renewableresources and other factors, combined with the climate characteristics of JilinProvince, starting from the green building design, energy saving material saving,water saving, section four basic principles, the green design method of explorationof Jilin province office building, so as to create a good office environment, thebuilding shape design and maintenance of structure design as the key contentanalysis. The fifth chapter is summarized in the above four chapters on thetheoretical study, combined with the Jilin Kelon building energy-saving PolytronTechnologies Inc integrated building design of the actual cases, summed up thegreen design strategies for Jilin province office building from four aspects of design,technology, users, national laws and regulations.
