Research On Design Of Skin Green Renovation Of Office Building In Cold Regions

Under the background of paying more attention to the greening and regionalization of architecture,architectural design in the Frigid Zone gradually began to emphasize the active adaptation to extreme climate.And it also gradually began to pay attention to the pursuit of energy saving and emission reduction,the true expression of architectural attributes and the organic combination of social context.With the vigorous development of green buildings in recent years,the green reconstruction of existing buildings has gradually become a hot topic.The office building based on the background of cold area,looking back on its current situation,not only needed to construct new buildings which meet the needs of the times,but also should pay attention to the existing buildings.The office buildings in cold areas had the disadvantages of large energy consumption,poor state of use,lack of public attributes and modern attributes.Its skin was also old and its function degenerated.The epidermis was the main component of the building,and the green transformation of the epidermis was also the key content of the green reconstruction design of office buildings.Especially for the existing office buildings in the cold area,the green reconstruction of the epidermis was an effective means to reduce the building energy consumption and improve the comfort level.The green design of the epidermis was an important part of the green transformation design of the existing office buildings in the cold area.It also provided new creative ideas for the green transformation design of existing office buildings in cold area.This paper started from the epidermis of the existing office building in cold area,analysed its characteristics of big energy consumption influence,strong expression form,containing rich elements and diverse means,and excavated the potential and value of green reconstruction of skin in architectural reconstruction design.Through the field investigation of the existing office buildings in cold areas,the paper summarized the current situation of the office buildings in cold areas.At the same time,through a large number of study,summary and graphic analysis of green epidermis reconstruction design case in cold areas,the essential features and design principles of green reconstruction design of epidermis were combed and summarized,combined with various influencing factors,such as the regional characteristics of cold area,the subjective needs of users and the public attributes of office buildings.And this paper selected the classic case of green building of existing office buildings in cold regions both at home and abroad.Morever,the strategy was summarized from three aspects of technology strategy,function strategy and form strategy.On this basis,starting from the elements of the epidermis,,the transformation of green wall system,functional components and cavity space specific methods were explained,combined with the design strategy proposed above.In summary,this paper studied the green reconstruction design of existing office buildings in cold area under the background of the current era and technical background.It also summarized the feasible means of green reconstruction of existing office buildings in cold area to provide new theoretical support and practical guidance for the green reconstruction of existing buildings in cold region.
