| As a technology-intensive and strategic industry,the development of aviation industry reflects a country’s technological innovation level to a certain extent.In recent years,the increasing demand for air transportation has provided a source of momentum for the development of the aviation industry.China has invested various resources to carry out innovation activities of aviation industry,so the evaluation of innovation efficiency is an indispensable link.Only by understanding the efficiency of the use of various resources can we improve the innovation efficiency of aviation industry.The thesis combs the relevant domestic and foreign research literature on innovation efficiency and the influencing factors.Then analyzes the innovation efficiency of the provinces and three major regions based on relevant data.Firstly,analyzes the innovation efficiency of the aviation industry in 18 provinces through the DEA model.The results show that the innovation efficiency value of aviation industry in 2016 is not high in China.secondly,analyzes the changes of innovation efficiency in 15 regions with more comprehensive data through Malmquist index model,and performs cluster analysis.The results show that the innovation efficiency and its driving factors are different between provinces in the dynamic analysis.The result of cluster analysis reveals that good basic resources for innovation are the advantages of improving innovation efficiency,but whether the advantages can be fully exerted depends on the efficiency of resource utilization.Then,combined with the innovation efficiency theory,a theoretical analysis was made on the influencing factors of innovation efficiency.Finally,a regression model is used to analyze the degree of influence of different factors on innovation efficiency from both external and internal aspects.The research results of influencing factors show that the structure of innovation input needs to be further optimized,and the value of innovation efficiency is constantly fluctuating.In short,there is much room for improvement of scientific research capabilities of aviation industry.Labor quality,R&D funding,government support and the scale of the enterprise both have a significant impact on the innovation efficiency of the aviation industry.The laborer’s high quality significantly promotes innovation efficiency and technological progress,and the scale of the enterprise has an inverted "U" effect on the innovation efficiency of the aviation industry.However,the R&D funding have not been used most effectively.At present,Chinese aviation industry needs to improve the efficiency of the use of innovative resources,strengthen the cultivation of talents,select the appropriate innovation model according to local conditions,and create good innovation atmosphere. |
