| My country’s equipment manufacturing industry is developing rapidly and has now become the world’s largest equipment manufacturing country.As high-end equipment enterprises are the top priority of my country’s equipment manufacturing industry,vigorously cultivating and developing high-end manufacturing equipment industries are of great significance for accelerating the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing,improving production efficiency and technical level,and reducing energy resource consumption.To develop high-end equipment manufacturing industry and lead the world manufacturing trend,innovation will become an important driving factor.Research on the technological innovation efficiency of high-end equipment companies is relatively rare.Existing research on the innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing is mostly based on industry and regional perspectives and is not comprehensive enough.Therefore,this article attempts to open the innovation process of high-end equipment companies from the perspective of the innovation value chain.Black box,and on this basis,explore the influencing factors of innovation efficiency at each stage.Based on the empirical results,I have put forward relevant policy recommendations for high-end equipment companies to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.The specific research content is as follows:First of all,this article explains the research background and research significance,and combs the literature from the aspects of innovation ability,innovation efficiency,research methods,and research perspectives.Secondly,it explored the innovation mechanism of my country’s high-end equipment enterprises from the perspective of the innovation value chain,and constructed an evaluation index system.Finally,using the micro-panel data of 85 high-end equipment companies from 2015 to 2019,using the network EBM model and Malmquist index to calculate the overall and staged innovation efficiency of high-end equipment companies from two dimensions,static and dynamic,and analyze the impact of innovation efficiency factor.According to the research results,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.On the whole,my country’s high-end equipment enterprises have a relatively high level of technological innovation efficiency,but the innovation efficiency in the technological development stage is lower than that in the transformation stage of innovation achievements.2.From the perspective of different enterprises:The innovation efficiency of different enterprises in my country’s high-end equipment industry is highly differentiated.The two innovation modes of high development and high conversion and low development and low conversion are the most.3.The average value of total factor productivity of my country’s high-end equipment enterprises as a whole and the two stages is 1,and the change of total factor productivity tends to be stable,but the change trend of technological innovation efficiency index and technological progress index shows the opposite V-shaped structure,compared with Technological progress and the efficiency of technological innovation are the main factors restricting the improvement of enterprise total factor productivity.4.R&D investment intensity,enterprise scale,equity concentration and asset returns have a significant positive impact on innovation efficiency in the technology development stage;in the transformation stage of innovation achievements,enterprise scale and return on assets have a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation efficiency,And the quality of workers presents a significant negative correlation. |
