| The urban transportation system is the combination of dynamic traffic and static traffic.Off-street parking lot is the main component of parking facilities in the city.There is an interaction between off-street parking traffic flow and road traffic flow.Most of the existing studies on the flow of vehicles entering and leaving the off-street parking lot and the traffic flow on the roads have ruled out the interference of other transportation facilities.This study takes the dynamic and static traffic flow in the off-street parking lot affected area under complex road conditions as the research object,which is more in line with the needs of actual project.The main research contents and methods of this study are as follows:Firstly,based on the analysis and summary of the current research status at home and abroad,the dynamic and static traffic flow in the off-street parking lot affected area under complex road conditions is chosen as the research object.UAV camera technology is used to obtain actual traffic data completely and accurately.Software technology and manual methods are applied to extract the original video data obtained by the UAV to establish a complete and reliable traffic database.Secondly,based on the traffic database established by the actual survey.Using the methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics,and according to the conflict between different traffic flows in off-street parking lot affected area,to establish probability models respectively for the conflict between parking vehicle pulling in and pedestrian flow,and the conflict between parking vehicle flow and road traffic flow.On the basis of the conflict probability model and taking the interaction between signal control,bus stops and different traffic flows in the affected area into account,different traffic flow queuing models are established according to the actual impact of the different traffic flows.By fitting the measured data and the relevant parameters,the result shows that the error between the model calculation and the measured data is within 25%,which confirms the validity of the model.Finally,based on the queuing models of different traffic flows,an overall parking delay model within the affected area of off-street parking lot is established.The relevant parameters of the model are calibrated by measured data.According to the main parameters of the three theoretical models,different optimization strategies for traffic organization are proposed.After the analysis and evaluation in which parking delay is the evaluation indicator,it is found that the optimization strategy of off-street parking entrances and exits can reduce the parking delay of adjacent lanes by 29.41%;the replacement of linear bus stop with bay-type bus stop can reduce the overall parking delay of this lane by 59.31%,and reduce the delay of the overall affected area by 29.01%;the optimization of traffic flow organization can reduce the overall parking delay of the affected area by 44.92%;reasonable optimization of signal controller cycle and green-signal ratio can also effectively reduce the overall parking delay in the affected area.The calculation methods of the conflict model,queuing model and parking delay model proposed in the study have reference value for analyzing the dynamic characteristics of dynamic and static traffic flow under complex conditions. |
