In nearly ten years,for the sharp increasing of vehicles,in our cities,outside road parking lots can not meet the parking demand.As the auxiliary of outside road parking lot,roadside parking lot plays a very important role in urban traffic system,for its convenience and speedy.The impact on society traffic caused by the setting of roadside parking lot is inevitable,for the vehicle need to take up the lane when parked at the roadside.At present,the lack of manageregulation to roadside parking lead to roadside parking become a big difficulty of urban traffic management.When bus stopping at bus station,it can be regarded as a special form of roadside parking,for it has similar traffic characteristics to roadside parking.Due to the complex structure of traffic flow near bus station,bus station has become the main factors that leads to social traffic delay.Electric bicycle is the main constitutor of Non-motor vehicle,the model of electric traffic flow delay caused by roadside parking and bus stopping were established on the basis of Queuing theory and Traffic Wave theory,after analyzing traffic characteristics of roadside parking and bus stopping.Research works of the thesis are as follows:(1)The research status at home and abroad and the theoretical results of roadside parking and bus stopping at station were elaborated.The characteristics of roadside parking and bus stopping at bus station were analyzed,and traffic obstacle rate,stopping and starting style of roadside parking vehicle,the kinds of bus stations were what the introduction focused on.(2)The model of electric bicycle traffic flow delay caused by roadside parking was established.Introducing the theory that the thesis research used.The model of electric bicycle traffic flow delay caused by roadside parking was established on the basis of analyzing the influence of roadside parking on electric bicycle traffic flow.The practicability of model was verified through an example,improvement measures of traffic condition of the road in the example were given in the paper.(3)The model of electric bicycle traffic flow delay caused by bus stopping at station was established.The electric bicycle traffic flow delay caused by bus stopping at station was divided into the electric bicycle traffic delay when the arrival rate of electric bicycle was less than the evacuation rate and the electric bicycle traffic delay when the arrival rate of electric bicycle was more than the evacuation rate.After considering electric bicycle traffic flow delay caused by passengers' getting on and off buses,the delay model was established on the basis of Queuing theory and Traffic Wave theory.The feasibility of the model was studied through an example.
