| With the project general contracting has gradually become the main implementation mode of international project contracting,recently,the pace of the development of EPC in China has also accelerated significantly.Many provinces have actively started to develop appropriate bid evaluation methods in accordance with national policies,documents,relevant laws and regulations.The requirements of the EPC model for the comprehensive strength of the contractor determine that the bid evaluation methods need to consider all aspects of the bidder comprehensively.This increases the complexity of the bid evaluation method and poses great a challenge to the bidding enterprise.Moreover,with the regulation of national policies and the saturation of the real estate market in the past several years,market competition is becoming more and more intense,which means that it is more difficult for companies to survive.Therefore,in order to maintain its own development,increasing the bid winning rate has become an important breakthrough for bidders.At present,many contractors in China have accumulated certain experiences and strategies in bidding.However,most contractors determine bidding quotations and strategies based on their previous experiences,rather than on scientific and rational mathematical methods,due to the impact of many factors such as information asymmetry.This usually results in unsatisfactory bidding results.Therefore,the research of scientific and rational bidding methods is practically and realistically required for enterprises.From the perspective of the bidders,the following work is studied in this thesis:The relevant concepts of tendering and bidding of project general contracting and the commonly used evaluation methods were first introduced.Afterwards,the specific content,characteristics and general bidding strategy of a research project from a province were illustrated and analyzed.The theoretical methods applied in the construction model in this study were then specifically illustrated.Based on the core theoretical game theory method,the application thought of the theory was clarified,which laid a foundation for the following study.Based on the bid evaluation method of project general contracting,the game theory was applied to the bidding of the construction project in the province.The tendering and bidding were transformed to a game behavior through analyzing their relationship,and two game models for bidding and quotation were established.One is a universal bidding and quotation game model with strong versatility.The other is the most representative matrix bidding quotation game model in non-zero-sum games.Afterwards,some mathematical theories and methods were used to solve the aforementioned models.The purpose of establishing the models is to guide bidders and output the optimal biding price,improving the successful bid probability.In the last part,a relevant example was selected to conduct bidding simulation and verification based on the previous discussion and results.The two established bidding and quotation game models were applied to realistic bidding cases.Through the case analysis,it was verified that both two models can effectively guide the bidders to predict actual bidding projects and output the optimal bid price closest to the benchmark.The best bidding price and the highest score in the actual bidding project proved the practicability and validity of the models and research conclusions. |
