Research On Construction Enterprise Bidding Decision

China's construction industry has developed high-quality since 2014.With the development of the socialist economy,effective regulation and supervision of construction has become an inevitable requirement.The project bidding system,as specific method for selecting suitable contractors,will play a important role in the process of regulation and supervision.for construction enterprises,the bidding decision will determine whether an enterprise can survive and effectively develop for a long time.Based on the above reasons,this paper mainly studies and analyzes this problem from the following aspects.1)The research status of bidding decision is studied and analyzed.This paper analyzes the latest research theories and research gaps to lay the foundation and provide perspective.On the basis of the research,put his own research content and direction.2)The common methods of bidding decision,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages and applicability,and selects the research model that is most conducive.After analyzing the research model,the research model combining AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is finally selected,and the first exponential smoothing method is used to predict the bidding price of the project.3)According to experience,the actual situation of project,bidding documents and the bidding list,combined with the unbalanced quotation method,the experience quotation method,the appropriate adjustment rate method and so on,to determined the bidding price.In the bidding process,the construction enterprises can fully display their own technology and business strength,and at the same time,smoothly contract projects and achieve maximum profits.In the increasingly fierce competition,how to use bidding decision and skills flexibly,organize bidding reasonably and effectively,and improve the probability of the bid,has become the key to the construction,which is also the significance of this paper.Figure 10;Table 12;Reference 48...
