| With the constantly burgeon of the reforming promotion of Chinese construction industry,the vision of integrated project management comprised in the project general contracting,with its strong applicability and value-added ability,will surely become the mainstream contracting mode in Chinese construction market.For the sake of integrated into the international construction market,the number of general contracting projects in Chinese construction market has slowly increased of late years.In terms of the contractors,how to choose the suitable general contracting projects for bidding is particularly critical for the sake of achieve further development and not out of step with the times.At present,the study on bidding decision-making of projects adopting traditional contracting mode is mature,but the research on bidding for general contracting projects is still weak.The project general contracting is strikingly different from the traditional contracting mode in terms of contract form,project management and risk distribution.as a consequence,it is tremendous practical value to intensive study bidding decision-making of general contracting projects.Firstly,from the contractor’s perspective,this dissertation interpretation the backdrop and research meaning of the evolution of project general contracting,and confirmed the main details by sums up the research circumstances on domestic and overseas.In the next place,is based upon the peculiarity of the general contracting mode,go way the theory of bidding decision-making and the life cycle management,then the indexes impress the bidding decision-making of general contracting projects are identified from the document retrieval and life cycle theory,and construct the decision-making index system.In the end,the index weight is ascertained by the synthetical weighting approach of order relation-entropy coefficient,and then the bidding decision model of project general contracting is constructed by grey relational analysis,and the logicality of the bidding decision model is proved by factual projects argumentation.The principal research progress of this dissertation is as follows:(1)According to the research on project general contracting and relevant policy documents,in allusion to bidding,the current bidding period of general contracting projects is short,which fails to adapt to the bidding workload of general contracting projects in time,which affects the contractor’s bidding enthusiasm for project general contracting.Hence according to the general contracting projects peculiarities,the bidding period should be appropriately extended to increase the contractor’s bidding enthusiasm and facilitate the development of project general contracting.(2)Through the comprehend of the life cycle of the project general contracting,associated with canonical literature retrieval,the internal and external environment of the general contracting project and all the participants are comprehensively analyzed,and ultimately conclude five first-level indicators and twenty-one second-level indicators affecting the bidding decision of the general contracting project are determined,including the owner factor,the contractor factor,the project factor,the environmental factor and the social value factor,and the bidding decision-making index system is comprehensively obtained,and elaborate the connotation of each indicator in detail.(3)According to the decision-making index system,the bidding decision-making model of general contracting project is affirmed by using the comprehensive weighting method of order relation-entropy coefficient and grey relational analysis.It not only combines the experience and preference of bidding experts in the general contracting industry,but also accurately reflects the impersonal information of the project data itself,and the procured index weight is more reasonable.At the same time,it quantifies the uncertain grey relationship between the index and the project,so as to quickly and intuitively get the most suitable project for the contractor to choose.Finally,the practicability of the decision model is proved by factual projects argumentation. |
