Lhasa is located in the Qinghai Tibet Plateau of China which belongs to the area of solar energy enrichment and has a huge amount of annual solar radiation.In recent years,with high speed of the urbanization process in Lhasa,due to the Limited residential land area,promoting the rapid development of the local high-rise residential markets,and the energy consumption of building heating,cooling and electricity.In this context,it is necessary to make efficient use of the advantages of local solar energy resources,which could realize the energy saving and consumption reduction of high-rise residential buildings.Based on the architecture principle of "Economy,Applicability,High efficiency and Beauty",this paper will focus on making comprehensive use of solar energy resources in the process of high-rise residential external facade design,and achieving a high degree of integrating between forms and functions.First of all,starting from the exterior facade of the residence,this article introduces the reasons for the emergence and development,as well as discusses the particularity of the exterior interface of the high-rise residence,and based on the utilization of solar energy,and analyzes the correlation between the two things and the selection of active and passive technology in the high-rise residence.At the same time,combined with the site investigation and research data,this paper inquires positive energy utilization experience in the local traditional residence from layout and site selection to the exterior interface design.Secondly,combined with the relevant research data,this paper analyzes the characteristics of natural environment,human environment and the background and development pattern of residential buildings in Lhasa.Through the form of questionnaires,there are a lot of difficulties of using of solar energy in high-rise residential buildings.Furthermore,through this field research on the demonstration project of solar energy technology utilization in Lhasa,the local technology utilization is relatively negative level.Moreover,Based on the detailed analysis of the current situation of solar energy utilization in the external space and interface of 20 high-rise residential quarters in Lhasa,and this paper summarize problems of solar energy utilization in the external facade of high-rise residential quarters in Lhasa.Thirdly,On the basis of detailed investigation and analysis,this paper puts forward four principles for the design of the exterior interface of Lhasa high-rise residential buildings,from the design elements of the exterior interface,such as orientation layout,shape control,walls,roofs,windows,balconies,etc.,and introduces in detail the strategies in each interface should follow in the design of solar energy utilization,and also gives the specific and feasible design methods.Finally,combining with the research results,this paper carrying out the design optimization of the external interface of the demonstration project,and the effectiveness of the design is verified by the energy consumption simulation Designbuilder which is the professional software in this field.
