All the renewable energy on the planet,solar energy is a vital clean energy.Solar energy is inexhaustible.The development and utilization of solar energy is an important means to solve energy problems.Therefore,all countries in the world have paid great attention to the research on the utilization of solar energy resources.With high altitude and strong solar radiation,Lhasa has been known as the "sunshine city" for more than3,000 hours in the whole year.In recent years,with the development of Lhasa and the influence of Lhasa’s tourism culture and settlement policy,high-rise residential buildings have become an important category of residential buildings in Lhasa and will continue to play an important role in the development of local residential buildings in the future.Considering the current domestic research on the utilization of solar energy in high-rise residential buildings in Lhasa,there is much emphasis on solar equipment and active solar energy utilization technology,and there are few research results in residential space design.Starting from passive solar energy utilization strategy and Lhasa high-rise space combination design strategy,this paper establishes a design strategy of high-rise residential suite space in Lhasa based on solar energy utilization.The paper summarizes domestic and foreign academic research in the field of residential solar energy utilization,learned the relevant outstanding engineering cases and analyzed the current situation of the focus and shortcomings.Later,the paper investigated the solar energy utilization of high-rise residential buildings in the western solar energy rich areas including Lhasa,focusing on relevant engineering cases.Through comparative analysis,the main problems of solar energy utilization in high-riseresidential buildings in Lhasa are sorted out.The author carried out a field research on high-rise residential buildings in Lhasa,analyzed the design points of high-rise residential buildings in Lhasa and sorted out the spatial combination design strategy.Then,the design strategy of solar energy utilization in high-rise residential buildings in Lhasa is sorted out.Combined with the spatial combination design strategy,the design method of applying the design strategy to practical projects is studied.Then,according to the above methods,the design strategies of solar energy utilization and spatial combination of high-rise residential buildings in Lhasa are used to study the spatial patterns of different apartment types.Finally,a practical project is selected for empirical research to study how to apply the house model studied under this design method in practical projects.Through the research,this paper analyzes the key points of high-rise residential space design in Lhasa from the three aspects of "plane form","window form" and "interior space".At the end of the fourth chapter,the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter focus on the research of how the solar energy utilization strategy and the space combination design strategy are applied in the actual project.The specific steps are as follows.First,the designer uses the space design strategy of solar energy as the plane design condition to control the apartment.Second,the designer screens the model of apartment.Third,he needs to according to the local high-rise housing design points and actual project design conditions fine-tune the plane.Finally,the designer needs to use simulation software to verify the design results.
