| Since 1980,the energy saving target has been gradually improving.As the main residential building type in China,the collective housing is the energy saving object of great attention.The outer window is a heat loss member in the traditional sense.The heat loss of the transparent envelope structure is 5-6 times that of the traditional wall.Improving the comprehensive performance of the outer window is the focus of development of the current energy conservation.Outer window products are controlled by the industry and economic development,high performance external window cost is high,the promotion is limited.In this background,the energy saving income brought by reducing the heat transfer coefficient of the external envelope structure is gradually decreasing.The heat transfer coefficient of the combined outer window is small,good heat insulation performance and low cost,which can solve the problem of improving the performance of the outer envelope structure at this stage,and can be reused,suitable for the reconstruction of new residential buildings and old residential areas.Solar energy enrichment areas are rich in solar radiation resources,among which the collective residential heating energy in severe cold and cold areas occupies a large proportion of its total energy consumption.The sun in the outer window radiates heat,reduces heat loss,and saves the basic conditions of collective residential heating energy is good.For the energy saving effect of the combined external window under the solar radiation heat,this paper will fill the gap in this aspect and is of practical significance for reducing the heating energy consumption.This paper takes the outer window of the solar energy concentration area,analyzes the heat transfer principle of the closed cavity and analyzes the theoretical basis for energy saving.Then we investigate the typical urban collective houses in the solar enrichment area and summarize the application conditions of the combined outer window.Through the heat transfer law of different window,the energy saving effect is analyzed and calculating the optimal distance is simulated.The design strategy of the city,conducted energy saving design at different scales,the relationship between the the data of transfer heat and the specific value of building window and wall is studied,and put forward the combination of the solar enrichment area.The main results of this article are:1.Based on the utilization of solar radiant heat,this paper applies the principle of cavity heat collection and storage to quantify the combined effect of using cavity energy saving on outer windows of buildings,and simulates the effect of double-layer composite outer windows.The effect of different cavity scales on the performance of the transparent envelope structure is derived from the mezzanine scales of the windows between the external windows of the combined residential complexes under different climatic conditions in the western solar energy enrichment area to play an energy-saving effect,which is convenient for designers to refer to when selecting the external window design.2.The heat transfer coefficient of the combined outer window is more than 40%lower than that of the single-layer window,and the cost is only 1/3 of the high-performance window,which can be popularized and used.The combination window can increase the ratio of south window to wall,weigh judgment and further reduce the building energy consumption.3.The energy saving design of the combined window is carried out,and the contribution rate of different forms and connect methods to save energy consumption of the modular window is obtained.According to the requirements of each area,the energy saving design of the whole window sleeve of the combined window is carried out,and the appropriate selection strategy of the combined window for the collective residence is put forward.4.Take Xining Country Garden as an example for energy saving design application.The results show that the average indoor temperature increases by 1.8-3.7℃,and improves the range of indoor temperature affected by outdoor temperature fluctuations,and improves the uniformity of indoor temperature.The annual total energy consumption decreased by 35.21%,and the heating energy consumption decreased by 36.88%,which can effectively reduce the energy consumption of buildings.By studying the heat transfer law of the combined outer window in the solar energy enrichment area,the energy-saving effect and architectural design strategy of combined exterior windows the energy saving effect and the design strategy of the combined external window,the combined external window can be better combined with the design of the building scheme and has more extensive and effective application. |
