| The energy crisis is a hot topic of globalization,and it is no exception in China.With the continuous improvement of China’s urbanization level,the energy consumption of a large number of residential buildings remains high.Energy conservation and environmental protection have become a top priority,and corresponding energy-saving design research has also become a concern.hot spot.Lhasa is located in the southeast of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China.The winter is long and cold,with extreme climate,harsh natural conditions,fragile ecological environment,and lack of fossil energy.However,Lhasa has a high altitude,long sunshine time,sufficient sunlight,and abundant renewable energy such as solar energy.Making full use of renewable energy to solve the energy-saving design problems of buildings in Lhasa has become a valuable and meaningful research.Among them,passive energy-saving technology has become the preferred research direction of technology application in Lhasa due to its low cost and sustainability.As a widespread form of Lhasa,urban low-rise residences have a large research space because of their wide audience,large development potential,and strong application of passive technologies.Therefore,it is of great value and significance to study the passive energy-saving design of low-rise houses in cities and towns in Lhasa area and to explore their applicable strategies.This paper takes a widely representative residential form in Lhasa,urban low-rise houses as the research object,and takes the climate characteristics of Lhasa as the starting point.Through literature reviews,field investigations and software simulations,it is targeted to discuss the suitability for Lhasa.Passive energy-saving design strategies for urban low-rise residential areas.First,based on the unique climatic conditions in Lhasa,collect,analyze and summarize the current problems of local residences;then investigate and sort out the research results in related fields at home and abroad,summarize and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the current passive energy-saving design theoretical strategies;Conduct a targeted survey on the current status of existing low-rise housing in Lhasa,analyze its advantages and disadvantages,research and put forward a passive energy-saving design method suitable for urban low-rise housing in Lhasa;then use Designbuilder software for simulation analysis,explore and summarize the urban low-rise housing suitable for Lhasa Passive energy-saving design strategy.(1)The lowest energy consumption of low-rise residences is about 6° south-southeast,and there is little change in energy consumption from true south to 15° south-east.(2)The flat form of the low-rise residence should give priority to the largest possible opening and the shortest possible depth.(3)As for low-rise residences,the first floor bedrooms should be arranged as close as possible,the staircase is located in the two-unit combination area,and the second-floor plane outline is convex,which is conducive to reducing the heating energy consumption of the entire apartment and improving the indoor comfort of the building.At the same time reduce the temperature change in the bedroom.(4)When combining low-rise residences with sunlight,it is preferred to arrange the sunlight room on the second floor terrace,followed by the overall arrangement of the sunlight room covering the second floor courtyard,which is conducive to reducing the heating energy consumption of the entire apartment.(5)In the design of low-rise residences,the living room that runs from north to south is preferred,which is conducive to reducing the heating energy consumption of the entire apartment.(6)In the design of low-rise residences,try to control the depth of the living room of the apartment type to 4.2-4.8m,and the depth of the total building to 6.4-7.0m.Large-area units should try to control the depth of the living room between 4.2-5.4,and the total building depth between 6.4-7.6m,which is conducive to the better use of solar energy resources to increase the temperature of the room.(7)In the design of low-rise residential buildings,the yard depth should not be less than 4.15 m.If the land is tight and the yard depth cannot meet 4.15 m,the depth should not be less than 3.57 m to ensure that the main building can receive sufficient solar radiation.(8)Increase the thickness of the insulation layer of the outer wall and roof in low-rise residences,and use Low-E glass for the outer windows,which will greatly reduce the heating energy consumption of the entire apartment.Finally,through the design scheme of the middle and low-rise residences in the high-altitude ecological relocation and resettlement project in Dulong Deqing District,the strategies derived from the research in the previous chapter are applied,and the energy-saving effect of the practical scheme is analyzed and verified by Designbuilder software. |
