Research On Design Poverty Alleviation Based On Revitalization Of Intangible Cultural Heritage ——Taking The Straw Design In Luonan County Of Shaanxi Province As An Example

2020 is the year of the decisive battle against poverty in China.The comprehensive realization of poverty reduction is imminent,but as far as the current situation of poverty reduction is concerned,it still faces a severe situation of instability,short-term,and the possibility of returning to poverty.Therefore,the development of regional industrial economy,which combines the protection of intangible cultural heritage and the model of designing poverty alleviation,is still of great significance.Intangible cultural heritage is a precious memory of the traditional cultures of all nationalities in the world and a witness to the inheritance and development of human civilization.With the design of the concept of poverty alleviation,intangible cultural heritage has been paid more and more attention in the field of poverty alleviation.Among them,the combination of reconstruction and activation of intangible cultural heritage and design of poverty alleviation can not only protect non-hereditary inheritance,but also promote the development of poverty alleviation.However,in this regard,there is still a lack of targeted research at home and abroad.This article takes intangible cultural heritage as the core,and aims to realize the design of poverty alleviation through the reconstruction and activation of intangible cultural heritage.The dissertation first analyzes the reconstruction and revitalization of intangible cultural heritage and the concept and process of designing poverty alleviation;Secondly,it studies the characteristics of intangible cultural heritage for designing poverty alleviation,extracts design elements,and integrates with industrial resources in poor areas;Based on the above,from the perspective of Philip Kotler’s product hierarchy theory,in view of the different problems presented by the product hierarchy,the applicability of the product hierarchy theory to intangible cultural heritage is summarized.And put forward the ideas,framework and design principles of designing poverty alleviation through the reconstruction and activation of intangible cultural heritage.Finally,under the guidance of this planning and process,taking the intangible cultural heritage design of Luonan County,Shangluo City,Shaanxi Province as an example,the traditional handicrafts such as straw weaving are designed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.The innovation of this article is to apply product planning to the design of poverty alleviation through the revitalization of intangible cultural heritage,and propose a corresponding design framework and implementation path.It provides reference for solving problems and design methods for the reconstruction of intangible cultural heritage and the design of poverty reduction of intangible cultural heritage.
