Study On The Sustainnable Developmentof PV Poverty Alleviationin Inner Mongolia

In 2013,Xi Jinping made the important instruction of seeking truth from facts,adapting measures to local conditions,give classified guidance and take targeted poverty alleviation,for the first time during his visit to Xiangxi,Hunan Province.The concept of targeted poverty alleviation was formally put forward and became the action guide for the party and the state's poverty alleviation work in the new era.Guided by the guiding ideology of targeted poverty alleviation,the state has put forward ten projects of targeted alleviation,among them PV poverty alleviation is one of the effective ways of industrial poverty alleviation.The Inner Mongolia autonomous region has launched the PV poverty alleviation project since 2016,in 1million kw centralized PV alleviation project,40000 households will be registered for the poor households each year a stable income of 3000 yuan,for 20 years.The first batch of village-level PV poverty alleviation projects,totaled 367633 kilowatts,and there are 755 village-level PV poverty alleviation power stations in 17 counties of six league cities and 925 registered poor villages,helping 77134 poor households.Theproject is being carried out,there are many problems such as construction fund not in place,construction quality,power grid consumption,acceptance,operation and maintenance,and income distribution.This article fully draw lessons from successful experiences at home and abroad,on the basis of field survey data,in combination with the practical situation of PV poverty alleviation project in Inner Mongolia,PV engineering problems for poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia are analyzed in depth,and useful conclusions are drawn.On this basic,put forward to carry out the whole process of PV engineering consulting,development of Inner Mongolia poverty alleviation management information system,etc.it provides important reference basis for the sustainable development of PV poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia,it also helps promote the project of PV poverty alleviation in Inner Mongolia to be a high-quality project in line with national standards,in this way,it can effectively play the role of targeted poverty alleviation.
