The Study Of Poverty Alleviation Construction Planning Of Geographical Poverty-stricken Villages Under The Background Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

Nowadays,China's development has entered a new era,and the level of urbanization and industrialization has been constantly improving.However,the contradiction of insufficient and unbalanced development still exists.There are still many poor people in China who can not get rid of poverty.Therefore,the state has introduced relevant policies on precision poverty alleviation,and poverty alleviation construction work has been carried out in all parts of the country and has achieved certain results.However,most of the poor live in rural areas in underdeveloped areas of China.Many of them have problems such as lack of resource endowments,poor transportation environment,and low level of education.The number of research projects on rural construction planning,which is mainly caused by the geographical environment,is insufficient to meet the needs of poverty alleviation planning practice under the background of precise poverty alleviation policies.Therefore,through theoretical research,combined with practical cases,this paper makes further research.Firstly,through literature analysis,system analysis and other methods,this paper summarizes the relevant practical experience of rural construction planning at home and abroad,combined with rural economics,rural geography,rural planning and other theories,through the interpretation of precise poverty alleviation policies,pointed out the connotation of geographical poverty-stricken villages.By discussing the relationship between precise poverty alleviation policy,rural construction and geographical povertystricken villages,this paper summarizes the objectives and strategies of the construction planning of geographical poverty-stricken villages.Secondly,this paper synthesizes the theoretical research on the poverty alleviation construction planning of the geographical poverty-stricken villages.Taking Qi Jiaping village in Huaihua City as an example,through the field investigation of Qi Jiaping village,the paper understands the current situation of the construction of Qi Jiaping village,and analyses the basic conditions of Qi Jiaping village as a typical geographical povertystricken village,and puts forward relevant suggestions.Then,according to the comprehensive situation of Qi Jiaping village,the paper carries out systematic planning and practice of poverty alleviation construction in Qi Jiaping village.It is hoped that Qi Jiaping villagers can get rid of poverty and become rich.Finally,through theoretical research and case study of Qi Jiaping Village in Huaihua City,this paper summarizes some suggestions for poverty alleviation construction in geographical poverty-stricken villages.The future planning of poverty alleviation in geographical poverty-stricken villages is also prospected.The government and the outside world need reasonable intervention.In conclusion,I hope that this case study can provide some guidance and reference for future rural poverty alleviation planning.
