| The core of the rural rejuvenation strategy is to break through the outstanding problems of imbalanced and inadequate development in urban and rural areas,which makes up for the shortcomings of a well-off society.Rural revitalization is the coordinated coupling and coexisting with prosperity of various elements in the system.As the organic components of rural areal system,the residential area which has spatial arrangement and adjudgment are of greatly significance for rural revitalization.Rural settlements are the main space carriers for the production and livehood of agricultural workers.For a long time,the construction of rural settlements have been in a state of spontaneous choice,resulting in disorderly layout,small scale,and scattered distribution.From the perspective of rural revitalization,the settlement of residential areas is not only the level of living environment and public service facilities,but also the coordinated and orderly development of the rural area system.By reorganizing and optimizing the layout of rural residential areas,promoting efficient and intensive use of land resources,improving rural production and living conditions,and improving the quality of life of farmers,the overall revitalization of the countryside could be achieved.From the background of rural vitalization,Shanyang County,a representative poverty County in Qinba Mountains,is selected as an empirical research object,which includes systematic exploration of the measurement methods,consolidation paths,and optimization strategies for the consolidation of rural settlements in poverty mountainous areas.Firstly,collect and organize the basic data of rural residential land in Shanyang County,analyze the spatial characteristics of the status quo with the help of geographical methods,and analyze the existing problems in the layout and development of rural residential land in Shanyang County,which paves the way for future potential evaluation and planning strategy.Secondly,using 238 villages of Shanyang County,Shaanxi Province as the research unit,23 items of evaluation factors were selected from dimensions of natural resources,land location,society,and economy.The evaluation index system of the rural residential land potential consolidation of Shanyang County was built.With the aid of the BP neural network model of particle swarm optimization,the index of the rural residential land potential consolidation of Shanyang County was synthetically measured.Finally,based on the results of hierarchical clustering analysis and the current situation of rural development,Shanyang County is divided into the urban development area,the priority consolidation area,the key consolidation area,the moderate consolidation area,control adjustment area,and other residential land consolidation types.Analyze the characteristics and development needs of different partitions in depth,then propose optimization paths under five different modes of urbanization-led,perfected and optimized,cracked and upgraded,shallow mountain remediation,and mountain conservation to explore planning strategies.This study combines the planning perspective and a geospatial perspective between urban and rural areas on the research system of rural residential land consolidation,and systematically puts forward a comprehensive research method and content system to providing the decision basis for consolidation of residential areas of poverty-stricken mountainous areas and realizing rural revitalization. |
